What do you like best about e-CImpact?

There is so much customization that you can really set your grant site up the way you want it to be. It also eliminated the headache of dealing with so many copies of grant applications. It has also been great for our agencies since they no longer have to worry about bringing hard copies to us. Everything is handled online. Being able to copy a grant process cuts down on time when setting up the next cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about e-CImpact?

On the flip side, there is a little bit of a learning curve since there are so many options to play with. Since everything is done online, agencies have to keep that in mind to make sure they allow plenty of time for internet outages, etc. Volunteer grant reviewers have to make sure they have internet access as well. Recommendations to others considering e-CImpact:

While there is a learning curve, the level of support is unmatched. In addition, the team is always looking for ways to improve the product to make it more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is e-CImpact solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to only accept hard copies of grants, which required a lot of paper shuffling and copies to administer. WIth e-CImpact, all of that time spent collecting and distributing papers went away. Having everything online has also been an advantage for volunteers that review our grant proposals. The proposals are easily accessible from any device with an internet connection.
