What do you like best about Dyrect?

What impressed us the most was how quickly we got everything running. We connected our Shopify store, set up registration forms, and started collecting customer data within the first week. The interface is so straightforward that even our non-tech team members picked it up right away.

The integrations have been fantastic. We hooked up Freshdesk and ActiveCampaign, and now customer data flows into our support and marketing tools automatically. This kind of connected workflow used to require custom dev work for us.

Beyond the features, the Dyrect support team has been great to work with. They don't just answer questions. They proactively suggest ways to get more out of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dyrect?

Honestly can't think of anything significant. We have been using it for a few months now and it has been smooth. The team is always open to feedback, which gives us confidence that any small ask will be addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dyrect solving and how is that benefiting you?

We sell through our own site, Amazon, and a couple of retail partners. Before Dyrect, warranty registration was handled through a basic Google Form, and claims were tracked in a shared Google Sheet. We had almost zero visibility into who our end customers were, especially for third-party purchases.

Now customers scan a QR code on the packaging or register through our site, and we capture their details automatically. In about 4 months, we have collected over 3,000 registrations that feed directly into our marketing and product decisions. It has given us a direct line to customers we never had before.
