What do you like best about Dyrect?

Dyrect helped us bring warranty registration and claims into a single, organized place. The setup process was straightforward, and the interface is easy to navigate. We use the platform daily to manage new registrations, review claims, and track approvals without switching between tools.

The automation for registrations, approvals, and customer updates has reduced manual follow-ups for our team. Plus, integrations with our ecommerce and support tools tied everything together into one workflow, which improved visibility and saved time. What do you dislike about Dyrect?

Some processes still require team involvement when customers have basic or repetitive questions.

An AI chatbot integrated directly into the warranty and claims flow would help handle common queries instantly and further reduce support time. This would improve automation and allow our team to focus on more complex cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
