What do you like best about Dynamics?
It´s a very stable CRM solution with integration for ERP as well, it allows us to automate processes and also work with customers dinamically.
Also I am able to work remotely and securely as well, it also serves as a communication portal for IT services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Dynamics?
Dynamics can be a little bit costly , compared to other solutions like Google , it´s cost schema can be complex to understand and provides door to hidden costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
