"Robust CRM with Seamless Microsoft Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?

I like how Dynamics 365 Sales seamlessly integrates with Microsoft 365, making it easy to manage emails, meetings, and customer information all in one place. I also appreciate the customizable dashboards and workflow automation, which provide clear visibility into the sales pipeline. These features help the team stay organized, save time, and focus on closing deals rather than administrative tasks. Additionally, the integration with tools like Outlook and Teams ensures that emails, meetings, and appointments are directly connected to the CRM without needing to switch applications. Using Microsoft Power BI for advanced dashboards and analytics, and Microsoft Power Automate to streamline workflows, creates a connected workflow that reduces manual data entry and helps our sales team collaborate more efficiently. Overall, the combination of automation, reporting capabilities, and integration with the Microsoft ecosystem enhances collaboration, increases visibility into the sales pipeline, and reduces manual work across the team. What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?

I find the learning curve for new users to be a challenge because Dynamics 365 Sales has many features and customization options. Some advanced customizations and reporting require technical expertise, which can slow down changes for business users. The interface can sometimes feel complex, and performance may slow down when working with large amounts of data or heavily customized environments. Simplifying the user experience and improving performance would make the platform even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
