Dynamics 365 Remote Assist is an augmented reality tool that allows remote workers to collaborate in well almost real time using VR and augmented reality tech. The tool can be used on a lot of devices, including smartphones, tablets, and with HoloLens headsets.

Remote Assist lets users to share live video and audio feeds with each other, particularly useful for troubleshooting and training purposes, as it allows remote workers to see and hear what their colleagues are seeing and hearing in real-time.

Another useful feature is the ability to annotate and draw on the live video feed, which allows users to highlight specific areas of interest or provide additional instructions. This can be especially helpful when trying to troubleshoot problems or provide guidance on a task.. especially new joinees, trainees etc. This could also be used by educators for example!
