What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Commerce?

One of the best things about this platform is the fact that it unifies in-store operations as well as e-commerce into one platform. This platform provides me with real time customer information and sales, this information makes the business more efficient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Commerce?

This is be a bit complex to setup, you need to be tech savvy to be able to fully implement.

What problems is Dynamics 365 Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

This solves the problem the issue of disconnected systems combining inventory management, ecommerce, in-store transactions in one platform.
