What do you like best about Dust?

Dust makes it genuinely easy to build agents. You can go from an idea to a working assistant in minutes, without needing engineering help. The connector and MCP ecosystem is a big part of that. Plugging into our existing tools meant our agents actually had the context they needed to be useful for support and RevOps work. On top of that, the value for money is hard to beat compared to other platforms we looked at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dust?

What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a PM on the data and integrations side, a lot of my work involves pulling context from scattered tools and turning it into something actionable. Dust solves that by letting me build agents that connect directly to our stack, so instead of jumping between tools and copy-pasting, I get answers grounded in our actual data. The biggest benefit is speed: investigations and analyses that used to take an afternoon now take minutes, and I can hand the same agents to teammates who don't want to do that legwork themselves.
