My team and I have previously used 3DX and solidworks products, and while some form of PLM solution is needed, we always hated the clunky and unituitive interface of other product. After being fed up with 3DX, I came across duro and tried it out.

Duro still has all of the advanced features of existing solutions, but with a clean and logical interface that doesn't feel like a burden to use. Getting up and running was very fast and easy, with far better support resources than we have had with other solutions, although we found we didn't even need much help. Duro does what a PLM asystem should do, save time and reduce organizational burden so we can focus on actual engineering work. For a small team, the straightforward use and minimal time sink to set up was critical for us, but there are extensive features that ensure we won't have to change systems as we scale up. It's a newer product so there are still integrations and features under development, but I haven't found it lacking in any way yet.

I can only compare to the 3DX platform in which there were technically a lot more features, but half of them didn't make sense or didn't work. Everything on duro just works, with far fewer bugs than 3DX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
