What do you like best about DupeCatcher?

What do you dislike about DupeCatcher?

I don't like the fact that when we do need duplicates to exist for whatever reason that we have to disable the entire service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering DupeCatcher:

Make sure you think about how your users are entering data into your system before you set this up, so you don't accidentally block new entries into your system you may need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DupeCatcher solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had duplicate entries for Opportunities and Accounts in our Salesforce org. This software has helped us to maintain clean data in our customer database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
