"Duet Streamlines NEMT Dispatch, We Saved 8 Hours and Doubled Revenue"

What do you like best about Duet NEMT?

We love Duet. The calendar view and real-time vehicle tracking make it very easy to use and keep track of whats going on in our operation. It was also very easy to train my new dispatcher on it, they were using it like a pro within a few days whereas with our old dispatching software it would take a month. They also have fantastic support, they'll reply within an hour.

Duet's autoscheduler and billing reports have saved us hours of work every day. Performance is really good, have never once seen the software or the driver app go down.

It API integrates with Modivcare, MTM, and Call The Car which are the brokers we use. We like that we can put all our broker and private pay trips on Duet together, it means we can make our schedule more efficient.

I really like Duet's pricing model - its usage based so we only pay when we're doing trips. I wasn't sure at first but it also turned out to be about 30% cheaper than Bambi which we were using before.

Duet has a really amazing voice AI that sounds just like a real person. It takes incoming calls for us when we can't get to the phone. It also calls our seniors the night before to confirm their pickup for us, and it's smart enough to talk with them and alert us if they need to reschedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Duet NEMT solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our first problem was we couldn't run all our trips in one software. So our dispatchers and drivers were having to switch apps - they would get confused and we would miss pickups, we had customers really mad at us and also our schedules weren't very efficient. Since getting Duet we have everyone on one platform, and we've actually been able to fit about 15% more trips into our schedule every day with the same number of vehicles which is huge.

Second, my dispatchers were spending about 4 hours a day manually scheduling trips and 3 hours a day billing them. Now with Duet's autoscheduler and billing reports we have cut that time 90% and I have been able to grow my fleet significantly without neeidng to hire more dispatchers.

Third, we were struggling to get private pay trips. Duet's real time tracking links have been incredible because it automatically texts riders and their families a tracking link so they can see our van coming to pick them up and that the rider was safely dropped off later. We have gotten multiple 5 star google reviews and customers will often rebook with us and refer friends to us because they say the live tracking link gives them such peace of mind.
