What do you like best about Duda?

It's built for an agency's needs - you can get at the source code, you can implement custom tracking, it's a completely white-labelled experience for the end customer, and it's very fast to build in. Clients find it more understandable than WordPress or Concrete5 for edits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

I wish the form builder was more robust (additional fields, conditional logic and routing - AKA I want Gravity Forms), and that it was more built for GA tracking of events. Zapier integration would really open up the automation we can easily build with it. The speed of the sites isn't testing as well as it once did on Google, and that was a big selling point for us so I hope they can get it back up there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were using WordPress for higher-end clients and SquareSpace for lower-need clients; Duda replaced SquareSpace and has been much, much better for our needs in terms of flexibility, SEO optimization, customization, you name it. It gives us a low-cost, easy option for customers who don't need the full customization (or the maintenance/security risks) of WordPress, but who need a stylish website that's optimized and easily edited.
