What do you like best about Duck Creek Billing?

It has a lot of features to customise the billing process as per the customer need. You can customise the installments, invoicing, add your customized account plans, policy plans. What do you dislike about Duck Creek Billing?

Duck Creek Billing is good as long as the data from policy side flows to Billing correctly. If the transactions don't flow to billing, the account has lot of issues to resolve starting with rebalancing each transaction along with payment and premium. You need to be very careful while transferring migration policies. If something is wrong at the beginning, then it affect all future transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use and lot of customisation are available at manuscript level such as modifying follow up activities, invoicing, suspend allocation, installation schedules. You can generate various reports from database to use it for many purposes including reconciliation.
