**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

I really like the calendar scheduling system in Dubsado. It's a great feature because it allows me to send a link to my clients, making it easy for them to pick a day and time that suits them for mutual meetings. This feature eliminates the need for back and forth email conversations about suitable dates and times. I also find the online payment feature really good, as it makes taking payments quick and easy. Clients can pay their invoices with just a couple of clicks of a button.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

Sometimes the tool can be quite buggy. Pages load with old information on them, and they don't update quickly enough. The initial setup was quite confusing and took a long time, and I had to go to the Facebook group to get help.

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dubsado to manage client files, contracts, invoices, and easily handle online payments. It simplifies email sequences for onboarding and reduces the need for back-and-forth scheduling emails with its calendar feature.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

I love the automations that Dubsado offers, which is a big reason I chose it over HoneyBook. HoneyBook might be easier to start with, but I knew my company was going to scale and Dubsado is perfect for that. Dubsado allows my business to grow without needing to change software. Once automations are set, they work seamlessly whether I'm managing just one person or a whole team of up to 15 people or more. This setup lets my business run on autopilot in some areas, automatically sending emails and triggering questionnaires after a new inquiry, which has been revolutionary for me. The customer support is also great, extending my free trials and working with me to ensure everything runs smoothly. I think Dubsado is a fantastic product, especially if you're willing to invest some time in learning it. The tutorials, alongside tools like ChatGPT, make this process manageable. Overall, I appreciate Dubsado's comprehensive features and the system in place for automation.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

I feel like some of the looks and the feel of Dubsado seemed outdated, even after upgrading to a new version. Sometimes, I feel like I have to go through a lot to get something done, and it can be a little confusing. It's not always a simple 'plug and play' experience, and sometimes you have to search and figure things out. But they do have resources to help.

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dubsado to automate my business processes like contracts, proposals, and invoices, minimizing operational work. Its integrations let me focus on growing my business while everything flows seamlessly, like scheduling consultations directly through my website.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

It’s brilliant for keeping contracts, invoices,  scheduling and time tracking all in one place. The first time I sent a proposal to a client, it was accepted, contact signed and invoice paid within 5 minutes of me sending it.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

I really wish the client portal and task features were more usable as a client portal and project management tool. They do have a client portal and you can set tasks and reminder but it doesn’t really work all that well.

It’s amazing for scheduling meetings, setting up automations and workflows to save time and keeping all my contracts and invoices in one place.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

Dubsado has a very responsive, helpful, and informative customer service team.  They respond quickly within business hours and always within a reasonable time frame without outside business hours.  They work with you to solve your problem with communication, screenshots, or whatever is necessary

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

If you're looking for Dubsado to work for an email campaign, it's not really what it's set up for. Its workflows do not work well for a drip campaign with triggers that we would normally see or 'if-then" type modeling.

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using Dubsado for an event drip campaign.  We wanted to be able to send out a series of emails based on previous activity or time frame. This allows us to send messages over time to our event attendees to prepare them for the event with tools that they can use ahead of the event that we will demonstrate in the event.  We wanted it to solve our need for an email marketing tool without having to use the more expensive platforms

I switched from honeybook and it's easy to use. The function is straightforward and they have a free course that can help you learn about the tool. I liked that they upload up to 10 forms for you.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

I had my first health coaching client and I issued an invoice using stripe on Dubsado. My client was almost charged 100 times more than what I sent invoice for. I contacted to stripe but stripe asked me to contact Dubsado and Dubsado never admitted or was able to explain their fault. So I'm considering of switching to a different CRM system

I love the proposal/invoice/contract feature so much. As well as the extensive workflow capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

I'm not happy with the scheduler and I wish that multiple calendars could be connected so a team's availabilities could be managed.  I also can't believe there is no auto save option on forms.

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to use Dubsado pretty much as a one stop shop for our CRM needs. It does alot all in one system: proposals, invoices, contracts, scheduling, lead tracking, etc. I love that we can connect it to other programs that we use via Zapier, which makes things alot easier.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

It's easy to use and very reliable. I really love the workflow feature best because it makes it easy to outline the work that needs to get done and have an internal and external timeline.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

There is no app for this crm yet and sometimes, it's hard to use the website on a mobile phone or tablet. I am looking forward to the launch off their app for mobile phones and tablets.

It has made my work more profession and now I have a portal clients can log into and it centralized my documents for clients instead of getting so many emails with too many attachment without any labelling.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

I really liked that the interface was beautiful and nicely laid out. I could set up invoices, descriptions payments and contracts easily. Under each client, I could set up a new invoice in seconds, or pull up their past history. I didn't use Dubsado for too much other than client billing and signing of client agreements.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

I have to set up each client in the Project section. But I don't go by projects or job, I go by clients. Clearly, this isn't a platform for high-ticket coaches, more for freelancers or people who invoice after a job.

It also didn't allow for different currencies, instead, the team will give you a whole new Brand for the currency you want.

I am ultimately leaving Dubsado because of the way they set up auto-billing. I felt like it was against small businesses. 

A customer had to opt-in manually and there was a message that said "by setting up auto-pay, you are agreeing to let us save your card information..."... that just sounds bad, like the business has the power to fraudulently bill them since we save their card information. While that's technically true, clients don't need to know that, they just need to know how many times we will auto-bill them.

My clients would pay their first payment and forget ALL the time to enable the auto-pay.

Also, I quote from the Dubsado CS regarding paused auto-billing:

"Unfortunately, once a recurring invoice is stopped, it can't be restarted with the client's card information and will need to create a new recurring invoice."  

The reason for my paused invoices is that sometimes a payment needs to be changed, there are not enough funds on a customer's debit card, etc. There are all sorts of reasons, and ultimately, Dubsado just isn't a good fit for my business needs.

It helped with client management, organization, client billing, invoicing, recurring payments and signed client agreements in a professional manner. My business ran more smoothly and looked good.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

Dubsado seems to have thought of everything, as far as I can tell. I have searched high and low for a CRM that can handle a busy coaching practice, but I haven't found anything that works well, until now. I just started using Dubsado, so the jury is still out a bit, but so far, it seems to fit the bill, and I am relieved.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

I did a bunch of research before diving into yet another CRM, because I've tried a lot of them, and they just didn't seem suited to what I needed for a coaching practice. Dubsado seems to have everything, but again, I just started using it. One thing I will say is that the learning curve is a bit steep, and I've had to rely on Youtube videos, because their own help articles are a bit lacking.

Managing clients and keeping track of my busy coaching practice. It got unwieldy to do on paper a few years ago, and since then I've been searching for a CRM that works. I'm hoping Dubsado is it!

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

Having clients sign props internally. For people very focused on analysing their lead funnels there's probably some helpful features.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

The time tracking feature is basically useless and the customer service is rigid and unhelpful. Anytime I contact them I get the same results as when I've Googled my query, even if I explain I need something other than the templated responses, I receive the templated response. I'm an admin on my account and haven't been able to make any adjustments no matter how many times I explain that there's no way to access the email address that setup dubsado originally. Having an 'owner' account by default because it's the email that set things up and no other users can be given any access to change billing, even if they're given the highest access, is stupid. It defeats the purpose of having multi user access. It's standard for email addresses to be retired, people leave positions etc, and even when processes are followed (eg someone else is set up as admin) the advice is to reactivate the old account, set up a redirect and access another person's emails to log into dubsado under their name. It's a ridiculous expectation to place on paying customers because they aren't providing a reasonable service. It's not even really ethical nor good cyber security practice.

It's versatile and functional and able to be completely made to look on brand for my business which I love. It integrates with my systems easily and is easy to use.

While I have only used Dubsado and can't compare to other CRMs I do wish it had an app for my phone. That is my only real complaint is no app. Everything else is really great.

Organizing clients and the projects. It keeps multiple projects with same client organized which is great. I also love the ease of payment and professional big business look for this solo entrepreneur.

The automations are super helpful and made all the difference when I began to scale my pet photography business. I love being able to set up different workflows and let it run automatically in the background or send me reminders so I don't forget anything in my client experience. Also, the contract tracking is amazing!

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

The worst part about Dubsado is that it is not an easy system to move from or to download all your client information from easily. I am going to be moving to a new CRM and don't have an easy way to move my client information between systems.

Handling a large number of clients that all have different contracts, workflows, and client communications. It helps me to keep everything in one place and easily reference client information.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

Integrating accounting, contracts and proposal(s) when dealing with clients. It is a CRM workspace software with scheduling and contact list management. The best is the ability to integrate with other software.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

There are a few limiting issues with the software, such as the inability to control print margins and restraining factors with the statement of invoices. It is currently not possible to print and send a statement to clients highlighting pending invoices.

Client Management Relations and process automation with project management, invoicing and keeping track of contracts. Additionally, Dubsado removes the laborious manual processes, and best of all, digitally signed contracts are possible.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

Dubsado is a great all-in-one tool for consultants and coaches who offer both preset packages/offers and custom offers. It combines all the essential functions of a front-end CRM, including scheduling links, lead forms, questionnaires/surveys, proposals, contracts, and invoicing manually and with autopay. You can set up one-time payments, payment plans, and recurring invoices. It's also easy to set up and white label for your brand. My clients love the white-labeled client portal feature where they can see everything in one unified hub. 

The workflows functionality in Dubsado allows me to automate many aspects of our client funnel and inboarding process. The capacity to let the system automate process and then set triggers and reminders for manual tasks, means clients don't fall through the cracks, they can find everything they need and we spend less time making sure contracts get signed and invoices get paid.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

There are some advanced features like being able to assign payment plans to a package that aren't available yet. Right now, my biggest headache, is that if I send a proposal with multiple packages to choose from that have different payment plan options, I can't generate the invoice automatically from the proposal because the payment plan can only be applied to the invoice not the package.

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dubsado solves needing a front-end sales and client management product that can handle discovery, proposals, contracts, and payments in an automated fashion, saving us time and human error when closing sales and maintaining client relationships.

Dubsado has many of the basic CRM features needed for a small business today. It is beautifully designed with many updated features in the works that are sure to make it even better.

Dubsado isnt the most robust tool out there. It is missing many features that would incorporate a lot of daily tasks for small businesses such as integrated text and email messaging, reputation management, and website management.

Payments, forms, and email messaging are mostly what I have used. They are very easily customizable and are simple and very effective. It has made my business much easier to run.

The workflows integrated with client management and even automated emails takes our service to a whole new level. It allows us to seamlessly communicate with potential clients and efficiently and professionally onboard a client once they sign proposal (which can also be created in Dubsado)

I don't know that I have found any downsides to the platform yet. Maybe the learning curve. It takes some time to get use to the platform but that comes with any new technology/software.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

I love all of the ways you can set up templates so you don't have to type the same emails over and over again. I also love how clean everything looks when you are communicating to your clients, from invoices to sending contracts.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

It doesn't seem to be built for companies that have more than a few employees or who use sub-contractors that may need to communicate to clients if you want to track all communication.

**Recommendations to others considering Dubsado:**

Do their Dubsado Beginner Study Group before setting up your account so you can understand it and set it up properly. Probably the best training I have ever received from a company.

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dubsado helps make invoicing easy by sending reminders to clients automatically and sending recurring invoices automatically so i don't have to think about it! It also allows us to keep things everything organized in a client file like contracts, proposals, communications, and invoices. It also helps us capture leads and process those leads so we ensure no potential client gets lost.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

The best part is how you can send branded proposals, and link your proposals to contracts and invoices. I also like how you can link invoices to your scheduler. The workflow feature helps set automation for the usual admin steps. I also like how strong and active their community is so you can always get answers to your questions.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

Certain missing features include how you cannot set up project management or task boards, it's not very suited for slightly bigger teams and you also cannot set up email campaigns. Since it caters to a lot of industries, some or the other feature specific to the industry gets left out. Their payment schedules are slightly complicated as well.

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setting up automation for small businesses and helping my clients streamline their processes across various industries. The pricing is decent as well. It can serve as a project management tool (to an extent), a marketing automation tool, and a CRM.

It was a decent system but didn't work for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

It didn't work for us, and I canceled our subscription. They still continued to send out automated emails to our clients, including invoices (that were inaccurate because the clients have since changed their packages) after deletion and have since refused to delete our account and information from our system. I've emailed them 5 times asking them to delete my account, and they have continued to be shady and say that I can remove all of the client information and all of my information from the account manually, but won't delete our account. My clients that received automated emails from them are irritated because we look disorganized for sending them incorrect invoices. Horrible customer service from Dubsado.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

The way you can design the proposals, questionnaires, and other forms makes it competitive when compared to other brands as you can design branded forms. The workflows that you create are great as well and can take care of the usual admin steps in most cases.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

The user interface is not very intuitive. Of course, some certified specialists can help you set up your account but that doesn't help as they are very expensive. Plus, it's not a great tool if you need to hire someone to do the basics so you can start.

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can send Proposals, Contracts, and Invoices at the same time. Use it as a Project Management tool. Can also use it as a scheduler. Overall, it's a great app for solopreneurs or small businesses consisting of 2-4 people especially if you are a coach, designers (web, graphic, or interior), photographers, attorneys, marketing agencies, event planners, etc.

The versatility and the software makes Dubsado one of the best client management softwares out there.
It includes an invoice system, CRM and basic email features.
It also includes templates for many situations, like replies and invoice reminders and much more!

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

At first, I found myself being overwhelmed by all the features that Dubsado offers, and pretty much found a new awesome feature behind every button.
Not a bad thing per-se, but a bit too much when you just want to start quickly.
However, they also have a great collection of courses available, up to the point of becoming a Dubsado certified professional!
What more can you ask for!

**Recommendations to others considering Dubsado:**

This is a must-have tool for any small to medium-sized business.
As for the learning curve, it is all worth it and to be honest, once you start working with it, it all makes so much sense!

Dubsado helps me communicate with my clients, send them invoices and keep track of all the work and projects.
Sending out invoices is a lot quicker and easier to keep track of.
Also, it has a ton of more features to automate a lot of processes.
For example, after people sign up through an integrated sign-up form, they get automated email, questionnaires, invoices and much more.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

It gives me all the features I want (except email marketing). It is an all-in-one tool with so much customization. It can act as a personal assistant in my business which is fantastic. I love creating a contract and an invoice and automate sending that all to a client once they've said yes after a consult they booked through Dubsado. All the things!

It is overwhelming because of all the features. But I do like that even Dubsado says to do things manually to figure out your needs and then create automations. They have so many tools to help set things up.

I am able to create contracts and invoices and automated emails. I was doing a lot of this in many apps. So now I can do it all in Dubsado. I had scheduling in a separate software also. I love going to one website for everything.

I love how everything is organized in one place around my projects. It is an excellent software for client communication, invoicing, proposals and contracts, and consolidating all client information in one place. I like being able to send clients emails through their system when required. It helped me so much when starting my business because they have a free trial of 3 clients instead of days, so it gave me enough time to test it out and get used to the software before needing to pay.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

There was a steep learning curve, and I needed to watch many of the support videos to figure out how to set up things optimally. There have been some features that still have bugs and not working correctly, so I need to contact support for help and advice, which takes a lot of time.

It helped me create a great customer experience for the client booking process, from generating a lead, sending a proposal, then a contract, and accepting payment. I have also been able to create a portal for every client with questionnaires, forms, information documents, and they can also make payments without me having to be available.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

I love how Dubsado has increased my proposal and client onboarding workflow by 2000%! It used to take me weeks formulating proposals, designing them, and customizing them every single time. Then sending my clients a welcome packet and other important materials in so many emails. Now I have workflows that I can trigger, designed proposals I can send that day with options for my clients. And I don't have to worry about sending contracts and invoices because it's all automated!

There are issues with non-Gmail email syncing with the Dubsado system. So, sometimes I miss emails from clients inside Dubsado. Thankfully the team is great about trying to troubleshoot this anytime it happens.

I have an entire training hub inside Dubsado and a fantastic client welcome packet that saves me time from explaining things over and over. But for me, the magic is in the proposals and workflows. It's like having a PM on staff taking care of this to ensure a smooth client experience.

I'm not too fond of the lack of customization. If you want to slay your Dubsado, you'll have to purchase a template. Dubsado just started working on a new BETA interface for their forms. So that's a plus.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

I like that I can write form responses to some of my most common emails so replying to customers and sending them contracts, invoices and proofs to approve are very quick. I also like that I can automate reminders about upcoming payments or late payments. This has really cut down on the number of clients who are 60 days or more past due. Clients with the same monthly recurring payment can be set up automatically so you don't have to create an invoice for them every month.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

When I am trying to narrow down a search and find everyone who is overdue or late payments, each time I go back to that list I have to do the search all over again. It isn't very fast to find a specific list of contacts and look up just their accounts.

**Recommendations to others considering Dubsado:**

This is the perfect solution if you are a small business owner who wants to have one place where customer contacts are made. Everything is stored in one place. If you need more advanced bookkeeping functions like statements or aging reports, this isn't for you.

Creating contracts, getting them electronically signed and invoices sent are much faster for us now. Our communications with each customer is consistent because we have set up form emails that include all the important details we need to make sure we mention or ask.

What I love most about Dubsado is the flexibility with the forms and automation options. I really loved how I could send prospective clients an automated email directly after they completed a form. It created a great touch point, and saved me time without having to send the emails physically.

For newbies/non-tech savvy people, getting familiar with the Dubsado dashboard can feel cumbersome at first. But with time and patience,  it gets easier to navigate the platform.

One of my favorite parts about using Dubsado is the access to their Support Team. When I first started using Dubsado, I did find that there was a learning curve. I love that it replaced about six different softwares for me (contracts, invoicing, payment processing, forms, client portal, scheduler). It is customizable and many of the features can be automated. I also love the customer support team. The owners and team are always improving the software and adding new features.

I wish it had an app so that I can be notified when I get a new lead or when a client completes a form, etc. For now, I have the Dubsado URL saved on my homescreen on my phone to easily access.

It has many automation that can be created to make a company's workflow much easier.  We used the scheduling, invoicing and contract features but didn't have a use for the many others that are available.

It is not an intuitive system and has a very steep learning curve.  Many companies need to hire someone to set their Dubsado up for them, and then don't know how to use it themselves.

It might be better for creatives since that is who they market directly to.  But for other small businesses, there are other options out there that are less expensive and easier to use.

I love Dubsado's workflows, seamless automations, and overall costs. When compared to traditional legal software you get more bang for your buck and are able to leverage technology as you scale your firm.

I'm not too fond of Dubsado's contract signature software is not verified nor does it allow for multiple-party signatures. I've been a member of Dubsado for 4-5 years and this feature has not come to fruition yet. This is incredibly important in the age of delivering services virtually.

Where do I even begin? Dubsado has been a game changer for our business. The ease of use/simplicity of the system is what I like best about it. Many CRMs that are tailored to my industry (wedding venue) have so many features that are a complete waste for a site like ours. Dubsado allowed us to move our contract signing, payments, etc all online which has saved countless hours on the back end. It is also VERY affordable, which is probably my favorite feature.

Because it's a relatively new CRM, there are some features that are not yet available (including an app). But the team is constantly working and adding new features to Dubsado!

Without a doubt, it should be noted that it is a platform that has everything to learn how to manage work, provides the right tools to do all the work as you need to do it, even to learn how to do it better and better, provides what is necessary to learn to use the platform, each tool that composes it as well as the functions they impart to make the whole process easier and more fluid.
It is possible to manage payment plans, their corresponding invoicing, as well as develop detailed project reports and account catalogs. I like how easy it is to distribute the work to carry out the tasks in a more efficient way, as well as to schedule the activities with the calendar so that the projects are delivered in time.
Its CRM system adjusts to what I have been looking for, you have the right options to perform a fairly efficient customer service.
It has been very useful and its use, learning how to use it, was easy. It is highly customizable, I can adjust it to your needs, and I really enjoy its great flexibility in all functions.

From the beginning it takes some time to understand all the operation of the software, but with the help that Dubsado provided me and his excellent customer support, I was able to understand perfectly everything I needed, from payments and invoicing to the organization and planning of tasks. However, I still run into some configuration issues where it is quite difficult to adapt and control every aspect of work as I need it.

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the implementation of Dubsado I have been able to perform multiple tasks in one place. Accounting work is no longer a problem, since I do it quickly without any problem and without so many complications, invoices and payments. It is possible to carry out other project management tasks, where we analyze and study in detail each contract, form or commercial request to be as efficient as possible and provide a high quality service. We reach potential customers much faster, and make sure they get just what they need.

The interface. Many PM tools use bold colors to help organize & distinguish items/tasks. Would be helpful if Dubsado used this in their interface.

Assess what the individual needs of your organization are before choosing Dubsado. Try other PM tools and see if it is a value add to successfully completing your orgs programs/objectives.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

I instantly liked that they were much more open to allowing interested users to take their time in learning their software program and, taking in all the ways that Dubsado can help make their business more efficient. 

I also found their price reasonable considering all their customization capabilities, from workflows, to payment plans, various custom forms such as proposals and packages which I like that you can combine the invoice and selected service to present to clients. I absolutely love the canned emails service, you can get as customized as you want with them and selecting when to approve or automate before sending. 

When questions arose, it was easy to find multiple well explained and easy to follow videos of their staff and other users who also use and love their CRM system when I hopped on a call, of which they offer 3 free calls a month, I found that to be great enticing customer service, Cameron listened to my questions and helped me figure out which way might be best for me to utilize their program. 

I also like that they offer easy to drag and drop Questionnaires, which have become some of my favorite features among their various answering options. I've also enjoyed their easy to make forms, and the variety of forms you can make.  I really like that they don't limit the payment methods, that alone had me gravitate towards them instead of their competitors, you can make customized payment plans, discounts, and keep on eye on your expenses and upcoming payments. I like their dashboard layout showing you your financial goals, achievements and projects. you really can do a lot with just one program.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

Given their extensive capabilities, it took me a little long to figure out how things work, and where to start but they provide a useful checklist, and I know it's worth it in the long run, so it's not even really a huge dislike actually.

**Recommendations to others considering Dubsado:**

make sure you have your project-specific processes and payment schedules confirmed, make note of commonly sent emails to input onto your canned emails, watch as many videos as you can find pertaining to your questions or reach out to their friendly team to schedule a one on one call for better guidance.

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business organization, It really helped get me better organized with my service process, explaining the steps, inclusions per package, and pricing. I love being able to see the processes of each service type I offer, making unlimited questionnaires, forms, and payment plans. It was also easy to apply the CSS coded Lead capture form onto my personal website in order to organized my potential job leads and clients. I liked that you can also respond to emails from their platform. I absolutely love their forms, I have been able to create multiple forms from questionnaires, invoices, proposals, then combine the selected service invoice and make my proposal. I also really like the automation of emails, particularly the commonly sent emails, making for a time saver with cutting time spent on composing repeated emails and making for more efficient production time and smoother customer experience.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

Dubsado is one of the best platforms out there for small businesses. It offers a great amount of structure, automation, and is overall the most practical way for me to create workflows for my business. The company is also very hands on, listens to users opinions, and is super helpful in setup and answering questions.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

There isn't much to dislike. Perhaps a little more trainings on the way the to set up invoices and how all of that works.

If you are a business that needs help managing calendars, automations with emails, workflows then this is for you!

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to keep track of my calendar, scheduling, programs, workflow and SO much more.
