I don't know that I dislike anything in particular, but there are usability things that could be improved. It's nice to have the ability to set things up on the user level or the site level, but that can become confusing. We recently had a dept that wanted to pause notifications from several sites for one user (student worker gone for the summer) and there isn't a simple way to do something like that. I'm not sure if that is a common need for folks. I'd suggest maybe a usability focused project to see where refinements can be made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
