What do you like best about Drova?

Drova is different from other software providers. It is much more than a GRC platform; it is a team of people who genuinely listen, take the time to understand the specific needs of your sector, and align their approach with your organisation’s objectives to help you thrive.

Drova has transformed our entire approach to GRC within our credit union. What makes this particularly special is their commitment to the sector. Too often, credit unions become testing grounds for vendors’ innovative ideas, only for those vendors to move on to more profitable markets. Drova takes a different approach. They are not simply providing us with a platform; they are working alongside us to challenge traditional ways of thinking and transform how we approach GRC through the power of an army of AI agents.

What do you dislike about Drova?

The only thing I could joke about is coming back from holiday to a mountain of notifications about overdue tasks! The good old spreadsheet would probably have hidden the workload a little better 😂 Just kidding! Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about Drova. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Drova solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. A complete compliance and risk management framework – Drova has helped us bring together our compliance and risk management framework, which was previously fragmented across manual systems.

2. Improved business continuity – My credit union used to rely heavily on me being around to keep things running smoothly. The real challenge started when I was away! Drova is helping us address that single-person dependency by making processes, information and responsibilities more accessible and structured.

3. A smoother internal audit process – Internal audits are much less painful. Auditors can access audit-ready records directly within the system, saving us significant time previously spent gathering information and compiling lists of requested documents.

4. More meaningful risk and compliance discussions – Our Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee meetings can now focus on what really matters: reviewing risks, challenging existing controls and discussing improvements, rather than wasting valuable time managing and updating a spreadsheet that was never designed for the job.
