What do you like best about dropthought?

A very easy dashboard that let's me get real time feedback from our customers, and create surveys too to meet business objectives such as SLA requirements, and create customized dashboards to gather useful customer insights, and enable us to easily understand unstructured customer responses with their integrated word/text analytics, and also present metrics that matter the most to us and base on this, how we can improve our services! What do you dislike about dropthought?

The website layout isn't customizable to the size and spacing of text, such that overall layout can be better matched with customers' own layout/font/spacing needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
