What do you like best about dropthought?

The best part is working with their staff. They guide you along, make great suggestions, and are extremly helpful, attentive and really quick. When I use dropthought, the quality of the feedback is amazing and we are looking for that, not quantity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dropthought?

The smiles aren't helpful. We are looking for feedback, and generally that feedback is negative. Negative feedback is different from complaining. The smiles and frowns devalue negative feedback Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is dropthought solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps employees from one department give feedback to management of another department. The feedback will help eliminate some long standing issues we have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
