"Bringing More Structure to File Sharing and Resource Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DropSend?

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. One thing I like about DropSend is that it makes sharing large files much easier when normal email attachments are not enough. I often need to share health education documents, presentation files, educational videos, PDF resources, wellness reports, and tracking files, and DropSend makes the process much easier when the files are too large for regular email attachments. Uploading files, adding recipients, and sending documents feels simple. I have shared PDF, Word, and Excel files through it, and the process has been smooth. The drag-and-drop upload option is convenient, and the sent items section helps me track what has already been shared and delivered.

I also like that contacts, file requests, delivery tracking, and file management tools are available in one place. This makes document sharing feel more organized, especially when sending files to different people. Instead of splitting files or using multiple methods, I can manage the process from a single platform. Performance has been good during uploads, even with larger files. The number of features feels practical without being overwhelming. It covers file transfer, contact management, tracking, and sharing workflows that support day to day work. Implementation was easy, and the overall experience feels organized whenever I need to send larger documents and resource materials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DropSend?

Uploading larger files works well overall, but transfer times can vary depending on file size and connection speed. For very large documents or media files, I sometimes need a little extra patience during uploads. Also, I like the file tracking features, but when several files have been shared over time, I occasionally spend extra time reviewing transfer history to locate a specific file.
