It’s basically the most reliable way to keep everything synced across my phone and laptop without having to think about it. **What do you dislike about Dropbox?** The main frustration with Dropbox is that the free version is basically useless since it only gives us 2 GB, which fills up almost instantly. It’s also annoying that there’s no middle ground for pricing; once i run out of space, they force us to jump straight to a massive 2 TB plan that costs a decent amount every month. On top of that, the app has started feeling a bit bloated with extra features like screen recording and AI tools that most people didn't ask for. **What problems is Dropbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dropbox basically solves the massive headache of having my files scattered across different devices or worrying about losing work if my or teammate laptop crashes. Also- depending on the updates and operating systems used-you can have update issues. For ex. in our business, we did not want to upgrade certain IOS systems due to an oder computer and had to lose out on the use of dropbox as there were no fixes to use an older system. **What problems is Dropbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** It benefits you if you have files and work you are sharing between workers, families and systems. Sometimes it doesn't sync after updating a document and then when I try to access the same document on another device I get the old version. Not cheap, but the value you get is worthy the money paid. **What do you dislike about Dropbox?** A bit too pricey, especially considering that I am not just buying it for myself, but for the whole team. Also, sometimes it allows you to copy the link, but it takes longer to fully upload it. Thus, you risk to send a non-working link to a client, because the upload is still in progress. **What problems is Dropbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us as a company to have a backup of every file we worked on. Also, if by any chance you cancelled anything by mistake, you can also get back to an historical version of your file. Very useful.
