"Dropbox is convenient but the space and pricing creep up on you"

What do you like best about Dropbox?

Dropbox is in the Cloud, compatible with all kinds of document formats, secure and robust in its storage capacity. You can also use it from any device. Honestly though, I do not think that anything stands out about it and it will eventually become a commodity or obsolete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

It gets easily clogged up and suddenly you have to pay without warning. Deleting or moving things around can be stressful. Also pricing suddenly gets high and they make it hard to move files around or delete them, etc. Nothing stands out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Dropbox:

Check the pricing, storage capacity and other requirements before you get all of your stuff into Dropbox and then regret it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dropbox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sharing documents with people all over the country or the world, and for awhile, it was very convenient. But I stopped using it awhile ago except once in awhile so I am not really solving any problems with Dropbox Business. I use mostly Google Doc now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
