What do you like best about Dropbox?

What I love most about Dropbox for work is how effortlessly it keeps everything organized and synced in one place. No matter where I am or which device I’m using, all my files are right there when I need them—no hunting around or worrying that I’m missing the latest version. What do you dislike about Dropbox?

What really gets frustrating is when large files take forever to sync, or when the search feature doesn’t surface a document you know is buried in there somewhere. On top of that, managing shared links and permissions can quickly turn into a headache when you just want to hand off a file fast, without having to second-guess who has access. What problems is Dropbox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dropbox clears up the mess of scattered files and device storage limits by keeping everything in one centralized, cloud-synced place. For me, that means I can pull up any document right away from any device, share files without running into email attachment limits, and have my work backed up safely in the background without needing to think about it.
