What do you like best about Dropbox?

I use Dropbox at work to store documents, share files with clients, and sync files across my devices. The fact that all of these tasks are connected in one place is what I find most useful. I can keep a document in Dropbox, open it from another device, and then share it as soon as a client needs it.

File sharing is especially helpful for client communication. Sending a link is a simple, direct way to make a document available without attaching it to every message. Syncing is just as valuable when I switch devices, because it lets me pick up where I left off and keep working with the same files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

I don’t have a particular issue to highlight from my current use. My experience is mainly with document storage, client file sharing and syncing between devices, so I can’t give a detailed opinion on the more advanced features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dropbox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dropbox helps me keep my work documents accessible and makes it easy to share files with clients. My work involves both storing documents for my own use and making them available to other people, so having one consistent place for everything is genuinely useful.

Syncing between devices also supports that workflow, since I need access to the same documents from more than one device.
