What do you like best about Dropboard?

We have been using Dropboard for 1 year+ right now and it has helped us to automate candidate communication, align candidate information, it is mostly easy to use and to implement. Customer support is also a highlight, very quick responses. We have been also integrating it with other softwares such as Slack and Sheets through API. We use it on a daily basis. What do you dislike about Dropboard?

Some features still have some bugs sometimes, but we have been reporting and they try to solve it. Another issue we have been constantly having is that the emails are sent to junk folder to candidates and it is a problem we have not yet been able to find a solution. What problems is Dropboard solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to communicate with candidates through email and we lacked traceability. Also, the candidate management (notes, CV, etc) were not centralized and Dropboard helped a lot with that.
