I find Driversnote super easy to use, which is amazing because I'm not a big tech person. It's worth the paid service for how easy they make it. The reports are done automatically for me, especially since I use their iBeacon. I also appreciate how Driversnote tells me how much my trips are worth, which added substantially to my paycheck when I was working sales on the road. I think they could have done it for 9.99 a month and the iBeacon should just come with it. I’m a working single mom and I did pay the 165 for the year but I think it could be lower as there are a lot of free mileage apps.
