I really appreciate how Drivepoint is hyper-focused on the consumer products industry, unlike other solutions that are mostly industry agnostic. They really speak our language. Their customer success team and product interfaces made it very easy for us to seamlessly integrate different data sources like our Quickbooks and Shopify data into one place. It felt like working with an enterprise-grade solution, making our $50M business punch above its weight in data engineering. The built-in dashboards in their web portal are very useful for me and my team. Drivepoint significantly reduces manual efforts to get data into our financial model. Setting up Drivepoint was quite easy; connecting QuickBooks and Shopify was seamless, and we just had to tweak how we wanted to present things from a reporting perspective. I think it's really good for most digitally native brands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For us, Drivepoint worked well as a digitally native business with a focus on Shopify. However, if we had decided to sell wholesale, some of the data would have been lacking. Additionally, there was a disconnect between the finance, operations, and marketing teams in terms of demand and supply planning, which led to overstocked inventory and cash being tied up. Exploring features to address these planning disconnects would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
