## Drip Reviews
  ### 1. Behavior-Based Automation That Sends the Right Message at the Right Time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prabhat C. | Senior Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The best feature of Drip is that it is a Behavior based automation tool which recognises the pattern of what customers actually do and accordingly triggers the right message to the customer. For instance, if the customer adds a product in the cart and abondons it Drip automatically sends a reminder email or may often offer discounts if no purchase is made even after the reminder.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

One of the drawbacks of using Drip is that Pricing may become expensive as company's contact list grows because it charges based on the number of contacts. Moreover, some of its features often feel complex for beginners.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned Drip analyses the pattern of the customers and automatically sends messages as reminders which reduces a lot manual work for the sales team and gives them time to focus on other important areas which need improvement.

  ### 2. Streamlined GDPR Compliance, Needs Better Integration

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Belcourt L. | Senior Financial Controller, Accounting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip’s comprehensive activity tracking and unified campaign database stand out most for our finance team. It generates complete, tamper-proof logs for all email marketing activities, fully satisfying Germany’s GoBD documentation and audit mandates. Strong built-in data security features also keep customer personal information protected and our operations aligned with GDPR. The intuitive analytics make reviewing marketing expenditures much simpler, significantly cutting the workload for cost reconciliation during our monthly financial close cycles.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

A major downside is the absence of native connections to our primary accounting platform, which means we have to input marketing expense data manually. The custom reporting options are quite restricted, so we cannot create custom templates that follow HGB financial reporting guidelines. Bulk data exports run slowly when we compile files for internal audits, and there are no pre-formatted outputs tailored to GoBD’s official archiving specifications.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Drip, we relied on scattered spreadsheets to sort marketing records, which created extra manual labor and inconsistencies. This platform brings all campaign and spend data together in one hub, simplifying reconciliation, month-end procedures and internal audits. Its standardized record-keeping and data security also help us stay compliant with GoBD and GDPR, lowering potential audit penalties and protecting sensitive customer information.

  ### 3. Excellent Shopify Email Marketing Solution - with Great Onboarding and Human Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gareth A. | Trustee, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Its integration with Shopify was a major reason for moving from another email solution - its worked well in building flows and segments. Their on boarding was excellent and the support team are great .. and humans !

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The reporting and ability to interigate numbers simply from dash boards - that needs work. I dont think they are intrioducing features as fast as other in the same space - but its pointless to have features just for the sake of it. Pricing is OK, but a little on the high side.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email marketing and marketing work flows - for email

  ### 4. Unified Email & SMS Platform with Intuitive, Powerful Journey Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The best thing about this platform is thats its capability of combining the email marketing, SMS and customer data into a single unified platform. The best thing about this platform is its ability to build highly personalised customer journeys based on behaviour, like browsing activities and purchase history, or engagement patterns. Their visual workflow builders is very intuitive and powerful, making it very easy to create complex automation without feeling any hassle. This is very effective in terms of UI and intuitiveness.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Though this platform is highly customizable and powerful, it might feel a bit complex at the beginning and during the initial setup. Specifically for newer teams in marketing automations, their pricing can also be a bit on the higher scale, as the subscriber base grows. Though their integrations are strong, some of the niche tools may require additional setup and other third party connections.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform helps me by solving the problem of scattered and fragmented customer communications, by making it a centralised email, sms and behaviour data from multiple channels. This platform also helps us in highly targeted campaigns instead of generaics one. As a result, this has helped in improving our engagement, also helps in recover in lost customer communications and internal engagement and campaign interactions, across the entire lifecycle.

  ### 5. Deep E-commerce Integration with Drip

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Davesh G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I use Drip for email marketing and automation, and I'm particularly pleased with its deep e-commerce integration. It helps transform raw store data into actionable insights, allowing me to shift from generic, one-size-fits-all emails to high-conversion messages. I also appreciate the significant water savings that Drip offers, and I found the initial setup to be simple.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I find the cost and price structure of Drip to be a bit of an issue at times. Also, sometimes automations error, which can be a little frustrating.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Drip for email marketing and automation. It helps with significant water saving and deep E-commerce integration, transforming raw store data into actionable insights while moving from generic emails to high conversion ones. It addresses the need for better analytical views.

  ### 6. Best customer service out there

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristin W. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The chat customer service with Drip is the best I've ever encountered in my 3+ years of working with them and other services. You have a real person on the line with you and there has never been a problem they haven't been able to solve. Even if something had to be escalated up the chain, it was fixed within a reasonable timeframe. I can't brag enough about Drip customer service!

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I wish there were more templates to choose from and it would be nice to be able to code some custom changes a little more like I can in other platforms. I also have to check and recheck that my links are correct, as sometimes they will default back to whatever was previously there if I have duplicated a campaign. We call this "getting Dripped" whenever it happens, so that goes to show you that it happens relatively often. It's a minor inconvenience overall.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email workflow for our customer base. It's nice to be able to segment who gets what.

  ### 7. Automation Simplifies Communication, But Content Needs Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kartik B.

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I like how Drip's automation saves time, allowing it to run on its own once it's set up. I also find the basic setup to be easy.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I find the messages generated by Drip to be poorly written. The automation doesn't fix the issue of content being boring, confusing, and pushy.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Drip for automated communication, solving missed follow-ups and poor customer engagement. Its automation saves time as it runs on its own once set up.

  ### 8. User-Friendly Experience with Quick, Helpful Chat Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Drip?**

User friendly. Quick customer support in the chat!

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Can't have more than 1 email on a user account. Can't reactivate customers without going through support.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of email campaigns

  ### 9. Great ecomm focused marketing automation platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bernardo V. | CRM, CX Head, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Drip?**

This platform is good for e-commerce personalization and lifecycle marketing. Most plans offer unlimited email sends, which is a great advantage. The advanced segmentation and automation tools make it easy to target the right audience. I also find the intuitive email builder, with its reusable blocks, very helpful for creating campaigns efficiently. Additionally, the analytics and ROI tracking features are robust and provide valuable insights.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

No free version available, and the starting price might be too high for small businesses. The platform also has a steep learning curve, which can be challenging for beginners. Additionally, it offers limited native integrations with platforms such as WordPress or Wix. Live chat support is only accessible to accounts with more than 5,000 contacts.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running effectively marketing automation campaigns on small brands that we keep separate of our big brand catalogue

  ### 10. Exceptional Customer Service, Easy to Learn

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary Jane F.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I love Drip's customer service. It's a big help when customers mark emails as SPAM by mistake and want to start getting them again; Drip support always resolves the issue quickly for me. Setting up Drip was very easy to learn.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I wish I could remove spam tags myself.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drip support quickly resolves issues when customers mistakenly mark emails as spam and want to receive them again.

  ### 11. Best support of any ESP I've tried

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lianna P. | Copy Director, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Support is the best of any ESP I've ever used.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The learning curve (and finding where stuff lives) can be steep.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Drip to send both automated flows and one-off campaign emails. It helps us keep in touch with users - which is the main point of email.

**Official Response from Seray Keskin:**

> Dear Lianna,

A big thank you on behalf of our Support team and everyone else here at Drip. We put a lot of care into support, so hearing that it’s the best you’ve experienced genuinely means a lot to us.

You’re also right to call out the learning curve. Drip is powerful, and that can make finding your way around a bit overwhelming at first. That feedback is heard loud and clear, and improving onboarding is something we’re actively working on.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience. If there’s ever anything we can do to make Drip easier or more effective for you, our team is always here.

/Seray from Drip

  ### 12. A flexible platform with stellar support that truly listens

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip gives me everything I need to run a modern email marketing system: smart segmentation, detailed automation, and solid deliverability tools. What truly sets Drip apart, though, is their customer support. Every time we ran into an issue ( whether it was around soft bounces, inactive subscriber logic, or tracking behavior ) the support team responded quickly, clearly, and with actionable steps. They don’t just “close tickets”, they actually help. I also appreciate how intuitive the interface is for workflows and segmentation logic. You really feel like you have control.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

There’s not much to dislike, honestly. If I had to point something out, it would be that certain tracking behaviors (like open detection) can be misleading due to inbox image-blocking, which can cause engaged users to appear inactive. But this is more of an industry-wide limitation than a Drip-specific issue. Thankfully, the support team helped us build custom solutions (with tags and workflows) to better manage this.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drip allows us to segment our audience based on behavioral and engagement data, which means we can send relevant, timely messages instead of mass emails. It’s helped us automate entire funnels, build re-engagement sequences, and manage our subscriber lifecycle without overwhelming our team. We no longer need manual list cleaning or guesswork, Drip gives us clear visibility into who’s active, who’s not, and what kind of content performs best.
The platform has reduced our churn, increased click-through rates, and streamlined how we communicate with both leads and customers.

  ### 13. Powerful Automation and Intuitive Visual Builder

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip’s automation workflows are powerful and flexible. It’s easy to build sequences that respond to customer behavior, so messages feel timely and relevant. The visual builder is intuitive for setting up simple flows quickly.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

When workflows get more complex with multiple branches, it can be hard to see everything clearly on one screen. Zooming and navigating between branches gets clunky, which makes troubleshooting or editing larger workflows more frustrating than it should be.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drip has been instrumental in making sure we deliver the right message at the right moment, tailored to how customers interact with us—or even when they don’t. It has played a crucial role in enhancing our email performance and ensuring our communications stay in sync with user behavior.

  ### 15. Powerful Email Marketing Tool for E-Commerce Growth

**Reviewed by:** Cecilia N. | |Adjunct Instructor| Social Media Manager|, Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip stands out for its user-friendly automation workflows and strong focus on e-commerce marketing. It makes it easy to segment audiences and create targeted email campaigns that drive conversions. The visual builder is intuitive, and the platform integrates well with popular e-commerce tools like Shopify and WooCommerce.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

While Drip offers powerful features, the pricing can be a bit steep for small businesses or startups. Additionally, the analytics, although insightful, could benefit from more customizable reporting options.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drip solves the challenge of personalized customer engagement in e-commerce. It offer advanced segmentation, automation, and behavior-based triggers, it allows me to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time. This increases open rates, click-through rates, and ultimately conversions for the brands I work with. **What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip is very simple to use but also packs a lot of great functionality that you'd see in more complicated and expensive marketing automation platforms.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

As a new user, finding user tutorials is a bit unorganized. Luckily their customer service is top notch! I utilize the chat a lot and their reps there are super helpful, fast, and friendly.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drip takes all the complicated clutter you see with bigger solutions like Marketo and makes things a lot more easy and fun. Love the drag and drop, visual workflow style of creating nurtures and other workflows. As a first time user with no training, I was able to easily figure out how to use the platform and create my first emails, segments, and workflows within hours.

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The best features of Drip are as follows -

1. I believe that Drip has the best in class library/collection of various types of templates and layouts for well suited for various types of campaign. It saves a lot of hassle designing specific templates from scratch rather you can easily edit it to your taste upon the existing templates. It has gave me great results so far with my advertisement campaigns.

2. The AI assists on it is very neat. It provides help in composing and scheduling the emails. The dashboard also consists of various intuitive and technical features which helps you out creating various campaigns.

3. In the fore mentioned part about advanced feature is the email template editor it is well designed and provides tools to change the entire appearance of the template.

4.Also I believe that the software has great email automation is well suited for small enterprises considering the workflow quality to the price which makes its a great their customer service is totally commendable.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The features where there is a room for improvement are as follows -

1. I felt that the Sign up window is totally buggy as even after filling all the require fields it was showing to fill all the blanks. Also there was no email confirming my login/ sign up with them and while closing the tap and opening it again i found that I was logged in automatically. This can be a security issue.

2. I believe one needs to go through tuitorials and articles to learn the software which rates its learning curve complex for the beginners as my team found it difficult in the start.

3. I also think the entire experience can be buggy and slow regarding that the software would jump around pages and crash without warning which leaves you inefficient.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drip has helped me tackling issues with my email campaigns in designing and automation by providing great templates which have helped be attain great engagement results. I think the UI is really clean and has vibran features. I think its well suited for any small B2C business who to improve their campaigns and achieve good results. I find the $41/ pm price to be fine and value for money to the features it provides. Although it can feel buggy and slow at times. Overall its an great ERCM and email builder which is highly capable.

  ### 25. Very helpful for launching campaigns and managing a large audience accessing our website and forms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amir Z. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Automation saves us a lot of time. Without it, we wouldn't have the number of leads and interest we have

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

1. The fact that when registering a user to a campaign it must send him an email
2. In automation, not possible to move elements (like actions, decisions...) around. So if I add a new decision point to a flow, I need to write all the elements below it again in the "yes" or "no" path instead of just moving it

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of leads generation and collecting information from users. Drip is the entry point to several flows we have that later integrate with other systems like Google Forms or our SaaS product

**Official Response from Sebastian Væggemose:**

> Hi

Thank you for your review. Much appreciated.

I'm glad you find Drip useful.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The text editor for creating my newsletters is a bit quirky - fonts always changing. I've set my default font but it keeps switching randomly.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration with my video management software USCREEN

**Official Response from Kristian Jønsson:**

> Thanks for the great review! We appreciate having you as a happy user of Drip.

/Kristian from Drip

  ### 27. Best ESP I've ever used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin S. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

After having used GetResponse, MailChimp, AWeber, SendGrid, and others over the past 20 years of sending emails, Drip is on balance the best.

The degree of flexibility and the depth of integrations available in the automations make for tremendous power in being able to reach the right person at the right time with the right message.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The support staff, while good, can get horrifyingly backed up, and as chat and email are the ONLY options available for support, I reaaaally wish there were a phone option like their competitors have--even if it were pay-to-play.

Often when you need support it's because you're trying to get an email out the door *right now* and you NEED support.

Sometimes, I've given up on what I really wanted to do and moved on to something else because I couldn't reach their support quickly.

That said, their staff are always on point: they know their Drip-fu.

The other thing that can be frustration-inducing is there are times when parts of the system (like loading a list of prior broadcasts to use as a qualifier/dis-qualifier for a new mailing), where the system sorta hoarks on itself and takes several tries to work.

Even still, because we like the rest of the stuff so much, these things are trivial in the grand scale of things.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Drip is a combination of bicycle and space shuttle.

You can either use it to go down the street for snacks or launch incredibly complex things.

Be prepared to play with it even before you're comfortable going down the street.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to target / sub-target / micro-target audiences.

Tagging and "groups" system are magnificent to making list management a cinch.

Big time savers.

**Official Response from Sebastian Væggemose:**

> Hi Kevin

  ### 28. Powerful integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie M. | Marketing Media Planning Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Drip?**

One of my favorite things about Drip is the email segmentation and tagging tools. Drip is the most accessible and intuitive software for us to create automated email sequences. The templates, ease of use, and integrations with all the other platforms and software we use to make it valuable to us. Customer service is friendly, competent, prompt, and responsive. I like how many things you can do if you are willing to invest the time and effort. Integration is easy with many shopping carts and other applications, and segmentation is very advanced. The way this segmentation works in conjunction with email workflows helps make it easy to create automated emails at every step of the checkout process. The email editor is straightforward, and templates give you enough to start. As a result, we have been able to automate an almost entirely manual process.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Learning how to set up funnels is not the most straightforward. However, especially if you are new to email marketing, Drip's support team and chat are elementary to use and will guide you through every step. They also offer video training and training webinars.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If you've used any email autoresponder systems in the past, you know that they can be very complicated and that getting the most out of the methods usually requires some behind-the-scenes hacking. Drips is a refreshing alternative! Drip integrates with just about everything and is easy to use. Drips is the marketing software I dreamed of when I started my job; it is the best email and marketing automation platform. I am a fan of marketing automation. Drip allows you to add just about any other type of marketing layer, like surveys, text massaging, and even Facebook integration, to name a few. Overall, it has been a game changer for our digital goods e-commerce business. Instead of just sending emails every couple of months to our entire audience, we can now send people through specific sequences of emails with relative ease. I have moved all my clients to Drip from 2 other platforms, and we are seeing better results. If you're considering email and marketing automation software for your business, check out Drip.

**Official Response from Sebastian Væggemose:**

> Hi Jamie

Thank you for the lovely review. I love that you have moved your clients over to Drips platform and seeing better performance!

I wish you a great day.

Best regards,
Sebastian

  ### 29. Extremely user friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip is a highly intuitive and user-friendly email marketing automation tool that offers a wide range of features and capabilities. From analytics to comprehensive email campaigns, the versatility and functionality are truly impressive. Moreover, their customer support team is incredible for its responsiveness and expertise, providing clients with valuable assistance and guidance whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Occasionally, there may be a slight glitch or bug in the system, but these are fortunately few and far between.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drip is really helping streamline the process of email automation for our business. It is much more accessible and helping us reach our goals.

**Official Response from Sebastian Væggemose:**

> Hi

Thank you for the review.

We are glad you find Drip useful for your email marketing automation, from user-friendliness to analytics.

Best regards,
Sebastian from Drip

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Simple and clean user interface for creating email automations.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Bit of a learning curve for navigation, but pretty seamless as you start actually working within the product.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email automation to help with business growth and nurturing relationships.

**Official Response from Sebastian Væggemose:**

> Hi

Thank you for the review.

  ### 31. Great Email marketing tool but does have a learning curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John H. | Head of Engagement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip is great if you repeatedly create the same type of campaigns, templates and contact forms with its duplication feature. This saves you tons of time and ensures that you are continually getting the outcome you want.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The workflows can be difficult in the beginning to get your head around with the different possibilities and also options that you need to ensure are set correctly. Once you have these fully understood, it becomes a really robust tool to utilise.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

As with all software, try out your emails and templates with things like temp-mail.com to ensure they are working correctly.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drip makes it simple to carry out email marketing campaigns from contact form sign ups, with robust workflows. It also allows you to create great-looking email templates.

  ### 32. Visual email builder makes drip fun to use!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Business Development Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Drip?**

When it comes to setting up automation, Drip has so many features that it takes some time to get used to.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The worst aspect of this software is its price. They have some great features, but when we compare them to other software, The price could have been better.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

They don't have a large library of ready-to-use templates. However, with the new visual builder, you should be able to make some good ones on your own.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Excellent integrations with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, as well as pre-built automations for ecommerce stores. Drip allows you to automatically resend broadcasts to people who did not open their email the first time.

  ### 33. Once you figure it out it is very handy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caroline V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Being able to schedule emails ahead of time. Also being able to select customers based on our websites criteria. We can use the fancy templates or just make regular looking emails fairly easily.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

It is hard to figure out sometimes. Especially when there are numerical values replacing name values. While their tech people are very friendly and helpful, unless you are very adventurous it is not necessarily intuitive.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Definitly an improvement over the whole mergemail business with Outlook. Being able to schedule for upcoming delivery notices or a newsletter with photos (which is very easy and tidy to do) It takes all sorts of problems off our plate. Especially if people want to unsubscribe it is painless for them and all sorted by drip at our end. So we only have to focus on what we want to say to people.
They also offer extensive marketing tools for testing markets. We don't use these as our business is largely word of mouth or via website so we haven't explored these avenues yet. We are able to keep in touch with our customers easily and maintain our customer database easily as well

  ### 34. It is good tool, but some stuff is complicated to get

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iván F. | Fractional CMO, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I loved using Drip. At the moment they had almost I needed and was my first "in deep" contact with an Automation tool.
The free plan is really helpful were you are starting.
The pricing now is really affordable.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

It is not very easy. Not very complicated, though, but there were some improvements needed, some integrations that could be more polished / complete.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

It is a good tool to start. Invest the time in learning how to use it!

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basic automations (send PDF; welcome series, and so on)

  ### 35. Great Email Platform for Ecommerce Websites

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eugene B. | Entrepreneur In Residence, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Easy to use, great reporting and follow up. Good customer support. Nice looking emails that's easy to modify and adjust. Very nice display on desktop and mobile devices. Monthly reporting email from Drip helps to keep us informed on how our marketing campaigns are performing. Drip is always adding features to the platform and they do a good job keeping you informed.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Takes a while to 'get' the workflows and use them efficiently. Learning curve for new employees can be time consuming.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Broadcast emails, Welcome Series emails and Shopping Cart Abandonment emails. We use the Shopify connector to connect our website with Drip. Pretty straight forward to connect and the form feature looks good.

  ### 36. More Possibilities Than I Expected!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Salvatore A. | M1 Valve Builder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip's ability to segment consumers automatically is incredible if you sell various types of products and clients. When things changed for us, we migrated to Drip, but we also needed something substantial for our click and brick as our business grew. I appreciate that you can set up events depending on specific behaviors, such as when a subscriber visits a particular page on your website. The Facebook custom audience integration is convenient. It has helped us improve our social media targeting strategy.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The email builder is becoming better, but it still needs some work. One needs to mailbox test it because it won't save you from yourself. If you choose the "constrain image" box in some email clients, for example, the images will be skewed, therefore don't check that box!

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drip helped us solve issues we didn't even realize we had. For example, before a team member takes a leave of absence, we can use Drip to automate most of our social and email marketing, which means things won't be as unpleasant for the team. We couldn't do that before, and we'd have had to leave money on the table while they were out (we're a small business).

  ### 37. Good service and automation that rivals with constant contact, but with increasing costs.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex C. | CMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The automation has a better graphic interface than its competitors, the customer service is excellent and definitively, it's a powerful tool even for email marketing and some marketing automation, which is always a quality of life improvement for us marketers,

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The increasing costs once you pass a threshold is noticeable for small agencies or businesses that tend to return the value differently, especially the past year was a severe blow to some agencies and the cash flow was impacted badly. The price tiers start to remind me of those of Hubspot, and well, every marketer by now knows that equals a lot of spend in fees. I dislike the pricing getting expensive, not necessarily if you are growing as a business

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Powerful tool, powerful prices too. So be aware of the automation level you want to execute with the software, you can be caught when month having one fee and the other one rocketing to another more expensive one without any alert.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main one would be the email marketing, while the automation is used, after certain amount of actions ( automations) it starts to hinder the waller.

  ### 38. Good option for Email Marketing and marketing automation... But not perfect

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Glen M. | Marketing Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The automation capabilities give us greater insight into our most active subscribers and how to personalize messaging to them.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Can't easily integrate conversion tracking with Kajabi (our digital product / eCommerce platform).

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Drip we can create automations for new subscriber workflows, email series, and other "choose your own journey" types of customer experiences based on their needs.

  ### 39. Everything I need, intuitively

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brett G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The automations and e-commerce are all so smart and intuitive and right there without breaking the wallet, it also integrates with all of my apps and e-commerce platforms

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

It took me a bit to get used to the interface but it was worth it, now it's super simple

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

If automations and e-commerce are important to you, as well as avoiding the promotions/spam folder, check drip out!

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm really organizing my customer journey in a way i only theorized before

  ### 40. Highly Recommended

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela J. F. | Author, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I love the way Drip tracks my ecommerce and shows me my best customers.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Nothing. I think some of the features could be prettier but aside from that, there's nothing to dislike.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Drip I've seen higher deliverability, higher open and click rates and higher sales.

  ### 41. Pleased with Drip for nonprofit email marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I like the user interface, it's easy to use, and effective for its intended use.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I sometimes have trouble adding or removing contacts to unsubscribe people. It's nothing to substantial but I wish the contact page was a little less complex.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Drip for our nonprofit marketing and newsletter emails. It's highly effective at scheduling and showing analytics for open rates and other data.

  ### 42. Fantastic platform but slow support

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suganthan M. | SEO Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Drip?**

UX and the overall setup is crisp and clean. Features work exceptionally well. Easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Slow support. The lack of live chat or ability to talk to someone. I set up the account, went through the painful and time-consuming task of verifying my domain and did everything as they asked. The account got flagged immediately before I could send a single email. It was frustrating. It took me a day to get the limitation removed.

I set up the backend integration with Gravity forms, and it didn't work. Contacted support and still hasn't received any support. It's appalling considering the nature of the business. Waiting for a day or two to get a response means we lose money.

I wanted to subscribe, but I won't do it because I know I won't be able to count on them in the future if something goes wrong.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

If you have a critical business and need fast support this is not the tool for you.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email marketing at scale.

  ### 43. Drip has helped me so far

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley N. | Founder and Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2021

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I love the integration with Shopify and I love the interface of the website.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

It is a little pricey but it is worth it if you are a more established business owner

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

I recommend using drip to Shopify store owners

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can send emails and texts to potential customers to make sure they buy from my store.

  ### 44. Drip come with most powerful Workflow builder for your E-commerce business.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suraj G. | Panal Building Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip workflow builder is an excellent and powerful feature. We get hundreds of pre-built workflows. We need to find which suits you best for your campaign. Once selected, edit, save it, and go live. Their automation and workflows fits for every business.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Email sequencing is missing. Analytics and reports are average. Pricing is expensive as compared to other automation tools.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We switched to drip for one of our clients. With Drip we can create flexible automation and workflows for our email campaigns. The Drag and Drop feature for creating an email template is excellent. We are using it for creating beautiful email templates. Drip has helped us to achieve more sales.

  ### 45. Drip helps us to grow our business with smarter marketing

The drip CRM feature is not much advance as compared to other tools. Also, pricing increases as per subscribers.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Drip for creating Email templates, landing pages for flash sales & sign-up forms for growing our subscribers. We can track our email campaign and segment subscribers as per their behavior to retarget them. **Reviewed by:** Anthony W. | Digital Marketing Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2021

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Nothing. This is one of the best ESPs in the industry. I need more products from Drip!

My email marketing conversation better with good delivery rate

  ### 48. Broken for months with no sign of improvement

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Drip?**

User friendly interface. It's very simple to understand.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Woocommerce integration hasn't worked for some months. Typeform integration needs improvement when working with multiple forms.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Don't bother with this if you use WooCommerce. The integration worked during my trial period and for a week after. It's now been broken for about 4 months and Drip don't seem to be able to fix it. Worse, they're telling me that they've fixed things that they haven't and don't seem to be referring to my feedback in order to get to the root of the issue. Colossal waste of time.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending automated emails

  ### 49. Best automated marketing solution we’ve tried!
