What do you like best about Drip?

I like Drip's flexible visual workflow builder for automated email sequences. It lets us build custom nurture flows during our seasonal retail launch window without heavy coding. The ability to trigger reminder emails when prospects download our product specification sheets saves our sales team hours of repetitive manual email work. What do you dislike about Drip?

Drip falls short on native connections to manufacturing-focused business systems. We can't automatically pull real-time production batch status into our email workflows, which leads to outdated availability information being sent if ingredient shortages delay orders. With only a part-time IT resource, building custom connectors isn't feasible, so our staff has to manually cross-check and edit email content, creating extra work.
