What do you like best about Drift?

I think it's a great way to provide real time communication with prospects. It allows them to be able to book a meeting with us even when we are not there. I think that's probably the best thing I like about Drift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drift?

It could probably do a better job of filtering prospects out to ensure you receive the right people per territory. This comes into play with multiple territories and product solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think it's allowing me to speak to prospects in real time which is very beneficial for me. It allows me to message prospects when they are in most need of the info, so there is no back and forth with email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
