**What do you like best about Drift?**

I think it's a great way to provide real time communication with prospects. It allows them to be able to book a meeting with us even when we are not there. I think that's probably the best thing I like about Drift.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

It could probably do a better job of filtering prospects out to ensure you receive the right people per territory. This comes into play with multiple territories and product solutions.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it's allowing me to speak to prospects in real time which is very beneficial for me. It allows me to message prospects when they are in most need of the info, so there is no back and forth with email.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

Drift is a very good way to get new leads as a sales person. Targeted lead generation with better than average conversion. Does have seamless integration with calendar and custom guardrails that can ebs et according to each users schedule

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

It lags connection with Salesforce/ not entirely successful.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has become a high conversion growth engine for our sales teams to get good leads and for our support teams to directly solve customer problems.

I like Drift's ability to build out playbooks based on different data like acquisition channel, page, etc.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

To be most effective, you must purchase a seat for your entire sales team. This can be extremely costly.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is providing a chat conversion option on our company website - some of our users prefer this engagement route.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

overall still very good tool to use! The web version works fine, we have some routing bugs from time to time, but they get solved quickly. 

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

Lots if issues before i moved to another role unfortunately!

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can talk to prospects instantly while they show interest in our Product, which is really helpful. We can book in calls quickly or find out their needs and it makes us safe time.

AI Sales tools is very beneficial and a great addition to Drift's features!

It has become more user friendly over the year and more support has been provided

Filtering good/bad leads before they get in touch with sales and routing them to specific sales reps in different regions.

  ### 6. Was a good Chatbot, But Major Data Breach and Billing Issues Disappoint

**What do you like best about Drift?**

We used the Drift chatbot product for our website and it worked well.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

Once Salesloft acquired Drift the customer service went down significantly. They also had a major data breach that impacted the service for 10 days in August https://www.upguard.com/blog/salesloft-drift-breach.

We tried to cancel the renewal, but people from Salesloft kept calling me for payment. Then, out of the blue, I received an email that payment had been processed to Salesloft on my Amex card. They had someone processed the payment using my old card # that had expired last year.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

I have used drift in 2 diffrent work places and both of which have been easy to access.
It allows prospects to reach out to us with any questions and book meetings when we aren't available. 

Drfit also has a feature that allows us to view what companies have been using our websites and what they have been browisng, allowing us to target those companies with specific wording in mind. 

If customer support is ever needed from our end they are always quick to respond to our inquiries!

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

I have used Drift for 4 years and don't have a complaint!

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Bussiness Development Represntative Drift is beneficial when it comes to prospecting. It allows us to view hot acounts that are browsing our products. It also helps us with inbound leads when companies use the chatbot to conversate with us and book a meeting asking for more detailed information!

**What do you like best about Drift?**

I love how conversational Drift feels when talking to a potential prospect. It helps me snag those extra inbound leads each month and provides an easy-to-navigate solution for sales reps to schedule meetings and pre-qualify inbound leads. 

I love how it integrates so easily with Gmail as well, which makes it feel much more streamlined and not just one other platform I need to balance in my tech stack. I check Drift every day, and it has been a great resource for me in a challenging sales year!

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

Sometimes I receive leads that are from another rep's territory, but I suspect that might be more of an organizational issue via Salesforce than a Drift issue.

It is helping me get real, qualified inbound leads that help me meet my sales targets each quarter.

Firstly, the ease of use can be a double-edged sword. Although the interface is intuitive, the learning curve for mastering all the features can be steep. New users might find it overwhelming to navigate through the extensive functionality without sufficient guidance.

The implementation process, while straightforward for basic setups, can become complicated when integrating with multiple systems. Customizing the platform to fit specific needs might require technical expertise or support, which isn't always readily available.

Customer support, although generally responsive, can sometimes be slow to resolve more complex issues. There have been instances where follow-up on support tickets took longer than expected, which can be frustrating when facing time-sensitive problems.
