Dreamdata gives me one place to see how every channel contributes to pipeline, not just who filled out the last form. As a lean marketing and RevOps team at a B2B manufacturing software company, we run Google Ads, LinkedIn, AdRoll/RollWorks retargeting, trade shows and outbound all at once, and before Dreamdata it was nearly impossible to show which of those were really moving deals. The stage models are the backbone of our reporting. I built our monthly Channel Influence Reports and Inbound vs. Outbound Funnel Analyses on a methodology aligned to Dreamdata’s stages, so the numbers are consistent month over month and leadership trusts them. The HubSpot integration is solid, and once our core reports were set up, refreshing analyses became fast instead of a multi-day spreadsheet project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a learning curve, especially around stage models and how attribution is calculated. I picked it up quickly, but I also came in with a pretty clean HubSpot database and defined pipeline stages. I can see teams new to marketing operations and integrated technology needing more time to get value out of it. Custom signals are powerful but can be time-consuming to maintain as campaigns and priorities change. I’d love to see a sync back to HubSpot included rather than offered as an extra-cost add-on, since getting attribution data back into the CRM is where it becomes most useful for sales. Converting legacy reports to the newer custom reports could also be more streamlined. None of these are dealbreakers, and the value we get from the platform far outweighs them.
