"All-in-One School Management Made Easy—With Outstanding DreamClass Support"

What do you like best about DreamClass?

What I like best about DreamClass is that it gives us everything we need to manage our school in one place, while still being simple and easy to use. From student records and attendance to grades, billing, and communication, DreamClass has made our day-to-day administration at Heritage Baptist Christian School much more efficient.

What really sets DreamClass apart, though, is the customer support. Their support team is outstanding! Whenever I have a question or need help with something, they respond quickly, understand exactly what I am trying to accomplish, and provide the solution I need. I never feel like I am just getting a generic response—they actually listen and help.

The software works great, the support is exceptional, and our overall experience has been extremely positive. DreamClass has become an important part of how we operate HBCS, and I would highly recommend it to other schools looking for a dependable school management system backed by a company that truly takes care of its customers. What do you dislike about DreamClass?

Honestly, there is very little that I dislike about DreamClass. Like any software, there have been times when I needed help figuring out how to accomplish something, but that has never really become a negative because their support team responds so quickly and gets me pointed in the right direction.

If I had to identify one area, I would simply say that there are always opportunities to continue adding features and customization as schools have different needs. However, DreamClass continues to improve, and their willingness to listen and help has made our experience overwhelmingly positive. I can genuinely say that I have no major complaints. What problems is DreamClass solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we first started using DreamClass, I honestly expected that we would only use one or two of its features. As I learned the program and discovered everything it was capable of doing, that completely changed. Today, we utilize almost every aspect of the platform.

DreamClass has helped us bring so many different areas of school administration together into one system. Instead of using separate programs or processes for student information, attendance, grades, report cards, billing, payments, admissions, and other administrative tasks, we are able to manage almost everything through DreamClass.

The biggest benefit has been efficiency. The more I have learned the program, the more ways I have found for DreamClass to simplify what we do at Heritage Baptist Christian School. And whenever I have wanted to do something but wasn’t sure how, their support team has been excellent at showing me how to make it work.

We originally purchased DreamClass expecting it to solve a few needs. It has ended up becoming one of the primary tools we use to operate our school. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
