What do you like best about Drake Tax?

Best support I have ever seen. A real person will answer your phone call within 10 seconds or less. An email will get same day response. You can send the tax return to Drake and they will show how to fix your tax problem. They are $5,000 cheaper than Pro Series Professional. Great tax portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drake Tax?

When I converted to Drake Tax, I had to relearn how to prepare the tax return. Number of forms are not as robust as Lacerte Tax. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can attach pdf documents to my electronic tax returns both federal and state. I use the Drake portal to receive and send encrypted documents Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
