What do you like best about Drake Tax?

We transitioned from Intuit to Drake, and the support team was very helpful in move, and whenever we have technical questions. We use it daily and it takes only a couple of weeks to become pro with it. It is very secure and plays well with multiple operating systems without sacrificing functionality. What do you dislike about Drake Tax?

The data flow from the federal 1040 to the more complex state returns isn't always as seamless, but it gets the job done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Drake Tax solving and how is that benefiting you?
