"Drag Boosts Team Productivity Despite Initial Learning Curve"

5/5

What do you like best about Drag?

Drag is a fantastic tool that has completely transformed our team's workflow. It has made managing our shared inbox incredibly efficient and organized, especially when multiple team members are involved in the same conversation. The ability to use templates for consistent responses has been a huge time saver and ensures that our communication is always on brand. The feature that allows us to manage tasks and emails in a single workspace is a game changer, eliminating the need to switch between multiple applications and helping us to coordinate our efforts more effectively. Drag has significantly improved our team's productivity and collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drag?

Medium learning curve: For new users, especially those unfamiliar with Kanban-style boards, the interface can be overwhelming at first. Setting up advanced functions like automations can be challenging for the average user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?

Unstructured workflow: In a standard inbox, there's no clear visual system for organizing emails by their status, making it difficult to prioritize or track progress on a project.

Improved organization: Drag's Kanban-style boards allow you to sort emails into customizable columns like "To-Do," "In Progress," and "Done." This gives you a visual overview of your workload, helping you prioritize and track tasks more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
