"Zero-Knowledge Security and Granular Permissions You Can Trust"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DRACOON?

If I’m being honest, the best part is not having to stress about security. Their “Zero-Knowledge” encryption means even the provider can’t peek at your stuff. It’s especially helpful for work because you can set really specific permissions, so only the right people can see certain files. The Outlook add-in is also a lifesaver for sending secure links instead of bulky attachments. And since they’re German-based, it’s a huge relief knowing it meets those strict GDPR standards without the software feeling like a clunky chore to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DRACOON?

Look, if I’m being totally blunt, the biggest headache is that it can feel pretty sluggish; the upload speeds and syncing sometimes crawl, especially if you're dealing with massive files. The mobile app also feels a bit like an afterthought compared to the web version, and the whole interface isn't exactly "modern" or easy to customize, so you’re stuck with a look that feels kind of stiff. It definitely has a bit of a learning curve for people who aren't tech-savvy because of all the heavy security layers, and honestly, the fact that they hide their pricing behind a "contact sales" wall is annoying when you just want to know if you can afford it. It’s powerful for sure, but definitely feels more like "serious corporate tool" than "smooth user experience." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
