What do you like best about DRACOON?

What I love most is the balance between top-tier security and an intuitive interface. The client-side encryption gives me total peace of mind for sensitive files, but it doesn't make the workflow feel clunky or over-complicated for the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DRACOON?

Honestly, the initial setup for client-side encryption can be a bit of a hurdle for less tech-savvy team members. I’ve also noticed that the mobile app occasionally feels a step behind the web version in terms of smoothness and feature parity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DRACOON solving and how is that benefiting you?

DRACOON primarily solves the headache of secure file sharing and GDPR compliance, especially when dealing with external partners. It replaces risky workarounds like unencrypted email attachments or public cloud links with a professional, "Zero-Knowledge" environment where only I hold the keys.

The biggest benefit for me is the granular permissions; I can set up data rooms for specific projects and ensure only certain people can edit, while others just view. It also has a built-in "Recycle Bin" that protects us against ransomware by allowing us to restore previous file versions instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
