I really appreciate the ability to integrate DQE One with our tools (website, marketing automation and CRM) to manage data in real time (when forms are submitted) and in batch (by sending our already collected data in bulk in CSV format), which allows us to verify and validate emails and mobile numbers directly from our web forms. This has solved many of our issues regarding the quality of incoming data in our Sales & Marketing systems and has improved our contactability KPIs. Too often in the past, we did not collect the mobile prefixes, which made SMS, RCS and WhatsApp communication impossible. DQE has been implemented mainly on our Drupal web forms in nearly 40 countries and handles the international format of phone numbers very well. From time to time, valid mobile numbers are nevertheless considered invalid (this happened to us in Brazil and Israel). This prevents online forms from being submitted and therefore leads to a loss of leads. Although user-friendly, the DQE One platform is of fairly limited interest. Apart from tracking the consumption of verified emails/mobiles and therefore understanding the billing, it is not really useful.
