Allows patients to login and complete visit easily. Look and feel are simple and effective. **What do you dislike about Doxy.me?** Pricing is a little high for the advanced feature, but competitive. Would be night to have differenct pricing tiers with some of the advanced features available at lower price point. Don't need all the bells and wistles but waiting room would be nice option for lower price point. **What problems is Doxy.me solving and how is that benefiting you?** Need to have a telehealth option but isn't avaible in EHR. ### 7. I also like that it's online and I don't have to set up and maintain software. **What do you dislike about Doxy.me?** I can't think of anything. We're very happy with it here. **What problems is Doxy.me solving and how is that benefiting you?** Doxy.me allows our users to have an easy to learn experience while easily allowing outside users to get in touch with our workers. It's huge having something easy for patients to use as some don't have the tech experience. ### 8. The white board is super hepful and easy to use during therapy sessions! Doxy can be more stable client side if they have internet issues now which is awesome! The chat feature is very helpful if there are audio issues. Now being able to share sound in sessions too makes doing play therapy even better! **What do you dislike about Doxy.me?** Sometimes getting support has been a challenge, but improving all the time. **What problems is Doxy.me solving and how is that benefiting you?** Connection issues have gotten so much better which make sessions flow better which is nice and helps keep clients connected to this process better. ### 9.
