What do you like best about Doxy.me?

Doxy.me is simple to setup, simple to use and it just works. We've had almost no issues with it and the few we did seemed to be related to the patient's internet connection or device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Doxy.me?

I wish they would allow us to create an Admin type user and for that user to have access to reports for each physician under our Clinic account. We need to have accurate tracking on the patient, date and also start time and end time of the Telemedicine visit broken down by each provider. So, basically I wish there was a central reporting system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Try it and I think you will see how easy it is to setup and use. We love it. Anytime something new works and my users and patients all like it, then I am very happy. What problems is Doxy.me solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a simple way to offer Telemedicine visits to our patients during the COVID-19 crisis and Doxy.me was the best solution we could find. It's inexpensive, very easy to setup and use and reliable. The patients have been very happy with the visits and the physicians are happy with how easy it is for them to use.
