What do you like best about DoubleDesk?

DoubleDesks ability to save me a tonne of time in my work week, whilst being such an easy platform to utilise is phenomenal. The platform itself integrates with every third party we utilise and allows us to speed up performance for what we need in our Agency, whether that is with phone calls, admin tasks the whole lot.

The value for money as well is a big reason we use DoubleDesk. We knew that straight away when we went through our onboarding process with the team, it was seamless.

What problems is DoubleDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have used many Ai receptionists in the past and DoubleDesk's is by far the best we have used. Not just because of the capabilities of the Ai receptionist itself but it's everything that happens after, how it's stored, how smooth it moves from team member to team member and then the flows that follow.
