What do you dislike about Dots?

Name change requests must be handled through Dots support rather than directly by the client platform, which can sometimes be inconvenient and slow down resolution. Additionally, tax forms are often assigned automatically based on the country code of the contractor's phone number. If a contractor's phone number originates from one country but they are a tax resident of another, it causes issues when trying to fill out the correct tax documentation.
