The drag and drop feature is very good, there's so many different elements and we can make an email within a matter of minutes. Use the segments is very clear and helps us organise our marketing list. Also, whenever we have an issue, the chat support is generally very prompt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some design features are limited, like the inability to put background images on your email like you can do in MailChimp. Also, there is not as much integration as other email software. Not many templates. We've looked at multiple alternatives and they do tend to have a lot more templates to play with.
