What do you like best about Dotdigital?

Amazing intelligent system, from making clever programs, remailing, split testing, segment creations, demographic funneling and so so much more that I've still got to learn about. Amazing support links and resource material and fantastic customer support 24/7 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dotdigital?

Sometimes accounts queries can drag on a bit longer, but I think it's been more so at the moment due to the Corona Virus COVID-19 situation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Dotdigital:

A real intuitive, intelligent, cutting edge platform, by far more superior than eg Mailchimp and with impeccable and excellent account managers and impeccable customer support staff. Expert Mail marketing campaigns with guided support. This not your no frills plain choc ice cream, nor is it the expensive Gelatos's. This is like Haagen Daaz quality at Cadbury pricing level.
