Update: this solution has gotten long in the teeth compared to Klaviyo which is what I recommend currently. We're using landing pages and forms to capture more information about our audience and turning that into sales. Love it! We're running a contest right now and using DotDigital forms to submit and manage entrants. The email creation is easy and the block make it fast to reuse content. Also the dynamic product pulls from Magento are awesome and make customizing a drip campaign with relevant products really easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Logging in is actually kind of hard compared to other solutions we've used. Also integration with Magento is finicky and you have to work closely with your developer to know it's working correctly and really pay attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
