Doppel is able to pull down fake / AI sites associated with our organization within days and weeks. The same fake profiles and content, I tried to get taken down for almost a year. The support from your client services and the support team after hours and on weekends is phenomenal. They are so responsive. The system is fairly user friendly. It would be nice to have a screen shot of the issue in the email alert. That way I can skim my email for something urgent and wait on items that can be handled later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
