Sometimes, I dead end in a module and have to find information another way. For example, I was trying to figure out why a tenant has an open balance. I tried to review it from the Leases With Outstanding Balance, but I could not get the info there. So now I am manually backtracking to figure it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
