**What do you like best about Doodle?**

What I like best about dude I was at user-friendliness and your ability to collaborate with others in finding meeting times. Have used this on several occasions for several of my student groups at my medical school, and it provides a hassle-free experience in finding X where we are all available to meet.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

There is not much I dislike about this program, it is my current gold standard program for scheduling events, conferences, and meetings whatever we need to. It is very user-friendly and allows for all of my co-workers to input their availability so that we can find X and settings that work best for all of our schedules.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

Give the scheduling modality a try, you will see how user-friendly it is and realize that there is a lot of hassle associated with scheduling, and doodle eliminates most if not all of the hassle associated with that.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems that I am solving with doodle is the hassle that is associated with finding meeting times to complete certain goals in the workplace setting. Currently, I use doodle polls to find out the best time to meet for impromptu meetings, as well as regular meetings when our schedules are more erratic, such as during the current setting of the world. The benefits I realized is that with a user-friendly program such as doodle, it eliminates a lot of the hassle that is normally associated with trying to find meeting times where everyone can participate in a discussion related to work and other work topics.

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

My favorite thing about Doodle is that it makes it very simple for everyone to prepare something, whether it is a weekly rehearsal, meeting, or a one-time event. It makes tracking all things easy. You are able to suggest a few meeting times, find out if they work for everybody, and then add it to your calendars automatically. This tool certainly makes planning with many other folks easy.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

It can be irritating having to choose specific times. I'd love to start off the whole week letting each person choose exactly when they could and could not meet, because there are numerous individuals and everybody has a rather busy schedule.

Doodle's certainly a crowded platform, but it does not deceive. It is useful to look into if you are thinking about a scheduling tool.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a user and administrator, I have used this tool. I've solved the issue of finding the perfect time during the week for my teams to meet. It was very easy to see who was available at what times when it was delivered. You can then pick the best choice from there, and send out the invitations.

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

Doodle is a application which enables you to find an available meeting time for a large group of people. You enter options for the meeting, and others enter where what times they have available. Next, you can discover what time slots work best for the most people. The interface is not attractive to look at, but the functionality is high-quality. Furthermore, it integrates well with Slack; that is beneficial for short meetings within your own business.

I believe it's quite an easy application to use. Unfortunately, its functionality is limited to users making choices to arrange meetings or events.

This is great for when you need to quickly find a typical time for appointments. It is free and extremely sharp for people completing the survey to determine the way it works.

Doodle makes scheduling internal appointments easier, increasing the likelihood of people attending agreed conferences! By users agreeing to meetings in this way, it reduces staff members' and executives' excuses, making everyone aware of a conference or appointment in an incredibly simple way!

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

From the organization of mine we plan a variety of meetings with various participants. Trying to get the perfect moment to easily fit in with each routine took a lot of time to give out noodles! With Doodle, finding the proper time and day for everybody is faster and easier. I also like the fact that it's synchronized with the calendar of mine, so I've no objections to other things.

I have been making use of this software for a while and I cannot say there is something that you do not like about it.

The system is amazing. I started using it with friends and found it so important it kept our entire business busy. Many conferences never took place because we never managed to get to the agreed date and time, several people kept canceling or maybe didn't come up with the idea, etc.

Generally, there are less rapid mechanisms to include decisions if the proposed date doesn't work, unless you're the doodle creator.

Doodle is characterized by executing quite important work in the internal areas of an organization, this software offers very relative and forceful options that allow developing a well-structured work, since it focuses on each registered user in its digital facilities being centralized in their most important daily jobs, resulting in a high level of collaboration that each corporation can perform, highlighting that all registered operators can consult with online support if necessary in an extremely fast way, which is satisfactory, since It solves all the disagreements or doubts presented, which is one of the points that I love the most about this server.

Apparently Doodle is not familiar in a large proportion, with most of the languages ​​that software requires for international use, which can be a problem, due to the fact that it has restricted the large proportion of countries, so which is a disastrous nonconformity, since its accessibility is very short, to be used globally, without excluding that the translator you acquire is not effective in its entirety, since it is somewhat slowed down and is not automated.

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

It integrates with many other systems, included our Google Calendar and Slack. It shows poll participants the options in their own time zone. It gives us many options to share polls, and to customise them (e.g. the "if need be" option). It can be sent to PAs or EAs who can fill out on behalf of the individuals they assist. It is very easy to use no matter your level of computer proficiency.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

Hard to come up with anything to dislike, but sometimes I find the calendar function where you need to drag the boxes to increase/add time a little bit of a struggle. The UX here could be improved. I also find the direct-share option a bit limited in the way it shows up in inboxes. I prefer to use the 'copy link' function and send via email or another platform instead.

It's nice and simple, not overly fancy, and that's a good thing in this context.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We save a ton of time and unnecessary correspondence. It takes much less time to determine the best date to meet. I love that it appears in everyone's own time zone -- we host a lot of international meetings, and it would get very confusing reminding people what time it would be in their own time zone; it would lead to people showing up for meetings at the wrong times, or not at all. The maybe/if-need-be option is also incredibly valuable to us. Occasionally, someone needs to make a sacrifice to participate in a meeting, either by waking up early or pushing out another regular meeting; that function helps to flag those considerations.

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

Doodle is a wonderful system, which is based mainly on online planning of all the tasks and pending work that must be executed, for the daily work that is normally carried out in a particular company, including scheduling meetings, embodied for a beneficial purpose, it has never been so easy and effective to create a certain alert with this software, highlighting that its operational processes are extremely fast, which is perfect when a specific job is required, under strict schedule terms, being one of my favorite applications in relation to the terms of appointment scheduling, to business environments.

It would be extremely helpful if Doodle would implement usage skills for more peculiar data extraction, through user usage satisfaction surveys, to judiciously determine smart automations of planning processes to be carried out, mostly to an agility in labor terms, which is a fantastic idea, that in executing this tool, it will reduce the time of effort in these areas, for the programming of said appointment.

This software is ideal for all companies that perform interactive operations, frequently high-performance tasks, and an extensive list of employees, to carry out their daily operations, because through Doodle, you can make constant planning of all your work areas within the company that you acquire, to maintain an order in general matters in the work areas in each departments that conform, said business establishment, highlighting that it is very suitable as an assistant for the programming of the movements that you carry out on a daily basis, including the activities of all your teams.

I like that people don't have to have a Doodle account to respond to my meeting polls. I also like that people have the option to select If Need Be for a meeting time, and that they can leave a comment relating to their availability. Furthermore, I like that I can set up the polls fairly quickly.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

I would prefer if Doodle allowed me to create a list of names and email addresses that it would remember. I do not want to share my email account for various reasons, including the fact that new recipients sometimes have the poll email blocked by their accounts. So I end up copying the invite to the poll and sending the message personally. My suggestion would be far more efficient, but only if the email would be sent via my email address rather than one connected to Doodle.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work with about 10 committees and groups. Before using Doodle, each time we wanted to plan a meeting there was an exchange of multiple emails with people saying when they were or weren't available. It was impossible to track, particularly when people changed their dates of availability. Doodle also gives me an up-to-date attendee list.

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

With Doodle, it is super easy to set up times to meet with colleagues, friends, and other people. I love that there are integrations with Zoom and Outlook to help you streamline your work. One of my favorite tools is the adjustable appointment calendars. I love having the option to give a link to people and have them schedule an appointment with me super easily! Having tried the new set-up through the beta invite, I also love that there is a more visible choice in scheduling a type of meeting.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

I wish there was a way to organize the different polls you create. I use Doodle for so many different reasons and having folders or the ability to dismiss certain polls that I no longer need to see on my main page would be helpful in managing my appointments and scheduled meetings. Even better would be the option to dismiss polls sent by other individuals that you have already filled out and you do not want to see on your main page anymore because it has already been scheduled. Having tried the new set-up through the beta invite, I do think it would be nice to have access to my bookable calendars on that main page and having some more clear descriptions and instructions for which meeting option to choose.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

I highly advise that you use the email tool integrated into a Doodle poll. I love that it gives you the opportunity to check up on who specifically has filled out the poll and who needs to fill it out.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During this time period of remote work and online gatherings with friends, I have found it so helpful to have this tool to simply send a link and get a definitive date and time to meet. I also have found it so helpful in meeting with students for my work as a university administrator. It's so easy to schedule meetings while getting rid of the back and forth emails, and I find that it's just as easy as including the link in my email signature. I also love the Zoom integration and ability to connect my personal meeting links directly into a calendar invite sent through deciding a date and time to meet. It makes it so much easier to send invites and make sure attendees to meetings and virtual happy hours get all the information they need to join. I feel less stressed when scheduling meetings, have a manageable inbox and feel that I can focus more on the details of the meeting like the agenda, presentations, and guest speakers.

It does not require prior registration and has a mobile version and a web. Enables the submission of the survey via link or e-mail and can be purchased in many languages.

One thing I like most about Doodle is the ease with which you are able to design something (whether it is a weekly rehearsal, a conference or maybe an one off event) and find out when everybody is free. This helps make tracking considerably easier. You are able to recommend a particular time to see whether they meet almost all, after which they're instantly put into the calendar of yours. Have a certain item to prepare along with other items.

I love the 1:1 meeting option, especially now that is it linked to Zoom and my calendars. It makes it so simple to schedule fittings with my actors online. Easy and clear for everyone who uses it.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

I dont like that the 1:1 meetings dont show up in the app. I loved using the app when I was using the regular meeting sign up to schedule fittings. Having access to that in an app was great, but the 1;1 arent there.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

It is really good. The app interface is very helpful when you do regular meetings, and the website interface is great over all. Easy and complete.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integration of my calendar with meeting schedules and Zoom is FANTASTIC! It makes it all so easy and cuts the time in half for putting together all my meetings. I wont be using any other service for this.

Cannot think what I do not like about it- maybe it's expensive to add a deadline to respond.

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

I liked the use of Doodle very much, the application itself is very clear and responsive, which is a huge advantage. It is very quick to use so creating surveys does not take much time. In addition, cooperation with the google calendar helps to be accurate in terms of setting deadlines and hours.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

I had no objections to the use of the application. It is responsive and there is no need to create an account to vote in it.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

It depends on the meeting attendees whether Doodle is quick to use and to non. Many consumers are not willing to fill out Doodle and are accustomed even more to emailing for a case. I'd only consider using Doodle ifyou're sure the participants are fairly receptive.

Thanks to Doodle, setting appointments with the team is much faster and simpler. A break for lunch, a team meeting or whatever is easier and faster than a conversation on a communicator.

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

Doodle has been one of the most easy to use and ability-level friendly scheduling projects I have used. Professional and school organizations I have been affiliated with also use this product. It is exceptionally helpful to be able to send a basic schedule template out to many people, who then add their name and click which times they are available. Unlike some other products where the survey responses are hidden, I have not experienced that on Doodle (maybe it is an option I have missed), but it also allows people to gravitate towards mutually beneficial times as they are not answering in a vacuum. It helps to consolidate data and make my job a little easier!

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

I have not actually found something I dislike enough to add it to the review. I guess my only gripe would be that the free trial, which is nice as it allows a no-credit card trial - is the only way for users to make polls. It's effective at this task, much moreso than just asking everyone what times they can do.  It's also free at the lowest level, which has proven sufficient for most of my needs.  I don't know what pricing is like at higher levels, nor what additional functionalities come with increased price points..

Honestly, there's not much I dislike about it.  It's great at what I use it for, which is basic availability polling to arrange meetings, calls, videoconferences, etc.  I don't know much about other functionalities, so can't comment regarding those.

I love that I can use my boss's calendar to schedule a doodle. It saves me so much time because he has a busy calendar. It has really come in handy since COVID 19 when scheduling ZOOM or Google G-Suite calls. His calendar is always full, and changes daily. Without Doodle it would be impossible to schedule his meeting calls.

Only I'm not too fond of Doodle when I have to schedule weekly or bi-weekly doodle polls and have to type in every day manually.  (i.e., the first Wednesday of each month, or the second Tuesday, but every two weeks).

I can schedule my meeting, or other events, simply by typing the candidate time slots, shooting emails to the participates, and waiting for their response.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

I really hate waiting for a long time and still no one fills in my Doodle. I have met such situation for many times and have also considered the reason behind it. This usually happens for "busy" participants. Unfortunately, it is usually the case that you are eager to resolve as well. Given the feature that you have to determine the candidate time slots in advance, if you are too conservative, which means you create just few time slots, then the participants may not be able to pick even one available slot. Also, it is harder to find an overlap. On the other hand, if you are aggressive, say, propose tons of time slots, the participants may just refuse to fill in your Doodle. Furthermore, marking a time slot as available is somewhat a "promise" to you that he/she could be available at that time. Therefore, people generally tend to not fill in too many available slots, simply because they don't want you to "occupy" all their free time, before you make the final decision. Personally, I think this is a huge problem of Doodle but to be honest, I have no idea to improve it.

Whether Doodle is easy to use or not highly depends on your meeting participants. Many people are not willing to fill in Doodle and are still more used to exchange emails for scheduling an event. I would suggest only using Doodle when you are confident that your participants are responsive enough.

Ease of use, simple sharing. It's very easy to set up campaigns, and extremely easy to share links with multiple people. I like the fact you can quickly set up multiple polls or date selections. Most people who use the polls or surveys find it fairly simple to use and I tend to get responses back quickly and have always met deadlines for setting up meetings.

The display of results is convoluted, ugly. If you don't pay for the premium account, the barrage of ads is really distracting and downright spammy looking. I bought the premium version and am much happier with it and don't feel like I'm overwhelming the users with unnecessary information. People have told me it's hard to read the poll results and the way it horizontally scrolls is very non-user-friendly.

I'm tired of asking groups of people when they're free so I can schedule meetings. This platform (both free and paid) makes it easy to find consensus. It's a pity that calendaring services like Google or Microsoft don't offer aa feature like what Doodle does (of course, internally, if you can view your colleague's calendars, you can use a "find a time" tool, but if you're working across teams/organizations, or people don't have all of their agendas in one calendar, you're not getting an accurate reading to begin with, and you're back to square one.) There's an iOS app, which is great for quick reviews on the go.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

Sometimes the interface isn't 100% clear on what actions are going to take place (i.e., the interface could use some language tweaks or be more explicit in lieu of being overly concise). Also, and this is not Doodle's problem: the participants might overlook/ignore notifications from the platform, making the entire exercise futile. Sometimes the matrix expands poorly in mobile, which makes it tough to navigate and scroll. That could use some work.

Keep in mind that this tool is great when trying to get answers from people via a poll/survey matrix. It's only as good as your participants' ability to answer. If they ignore the Doodle sent to them, then the service won't give you the data you need (just like a survey).

Doodle helps select the best time and allows you to add custom time slots of varying length for people to add their availability, which makes scheduling much easier. The administrator can also see the available times people select in real-time and see who has replied and who has not, which is very helpful for scheduling. I also like that it integrates with Outlook now.

I dislike that users often have to manually enter their availability, it would be great if users could sync or upload their calendar availability from outlook, icalendar, or google calendar instead to make the work more effortless. The UI can also be challenging on certain browsers and there's not an easy way to save if you are making a complicated set of available times, so it is important to complete before your session times out. Going back and modifying the availability and sending reminders is also cumbersome.

I like Doodle because it contains learning curves for better mastery of the software, but this advanced system offers the opportunity to upload electronic videos for easy access, which are quick and short for the basic knowledge to exercise the platform properly , a great incredible advantage that this program acquires is its simple flexibility that it provides, without excluding that it provides a large selection of manipulable backgrounds, characters and accessories.

It would be of great support that by offering the most characteristic functions of the software, they will not have a high and additional cost, since it contains different packages of different tools which each maintain a high and different budget, which an update In these aspects in relation to reduction it would be economically incredible, without excluding that the options in the configuration of the surveys are usually a bit confusing.

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

One of the things I love most about Doodle is the simplicity with which you can schedule things ( be it a weekly trial, a meeting or a one-off event) and see when everyone is free. This makes tracking much easier. And you can also suggest a specific time to see if they fit all, and then they are added to your schedule instantly. Have a specific object to plan with other objects.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

I'm not saying I don't like it, but this snippet has only one purpose - the program. That would make it nice if they could give it more permissions and perform different things, for example write down the agenda or keep minutes of meetings. I had some difficulties, but probably because of a lack of technical knowledge!

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

If you have space to search for programs, you can save time and energy. The big advantage is that you can easily work with other people at their business meetings, and you don't have to go through the email chain to try again and find out when everyone can be found. I also like the ease of use of the program, it is very easy to use and very practical.

I love the phrase "yes/no in case you want a choice". I use Doodle to plan dozens of meetings with extremely active folks. I love this fast survey layout. The copy/paste choice is simple.

It’s an easy way to see when people are free in order to setup meetings. I’ve used for committees and even my dissertation defenses.

You have to create multiple if you only want individual meetings with one person at a time, such as advising meetings with students.

Besides the common features, Doodle provides entertaining features that could save a lot time and effort. You are able to develop a private style and brand for every survey. You also have the choice to change the Doodle logo together with your business logo to guarantee a high level of branding and customization. The premium edition is ad free, i.e. there's no advertising and marketing in the survey which disturbs participants.

Sometimes you might find it hard to find the way of yours - particularly when attempting to establish the time. It has taken me a couple of tries to determine how you can establish a particular time rather than an entire day..

Doodle Base helps you to schedule meetings, particularly in big groups, which makes waking up easier. I use a lot of the website but I can't consider a more powerful solution. Doodle is free of charge and quick to manage should you have trouble organizing an successful conference, do not bother to call for support. Only enter your usability to let folks understand that they will always profit from these dates to hours, and they will let you know what you want to talk.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

Doodle keeps changing the side long dates, allowing more people outside the auditors to shift the account of reality to everybody else. I just appreciate the gui that just helps you to conduct surveys, even if I don't believe it's the strongest testing approach, it makes all the things simple to include in one program.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

I have never learned about something and I adore it. We actively seek to schedule sessions, which offers us the greatest opportunity to meet with others!
