"The best design feels like obvious"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Doodle?

Could not be easier to use, and it saves the relentless back and forth emails trying to reach a group consensus. My teammates love it, my clients love it, I even use it to plan holidays with my family. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Doodle?

There's a lot of clicking required to select all available times within a time window, there should be an easier way to say "any time between 8 and 4 for 30 minutes" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Doodle:

Don't even think about it, just go ahead and implement it. If you have to schedule a day of calls with your team, if you need to get table coverage for a bake sale or choose a restaurant, use Doodle! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?

I do a lot of online trainings with external customers, particularly committees or large groups. I use Doodle Polls to find the best time to schedule events without sending out 1 email with available dates and then waiting to hear back from every person - and then needing to respond to all to start over with a new batch of dates. This helps me move faster and pick a time to come meet with the group when - and this is why Doodle is great - the people that are the biggest priority for me to see are available. Doodle makes the process very outwardly democratic :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
