**What do you like best about DonorSnap?**

Everything is intuitive and has help tutorials easily & quickly accessible.  DonorSnap is built for a nonprofit and has already thought of fields and reports every charity needs. The switch from my old database to DonorSnap was easy and I was up & running normally in less than a day. Year-end contribution statements are super easy and clear to the donor, and take only a few minutes to set up.  DonorSnap plays well with other apps, and data can be exported to excel for further processing or analyzing. Affordable monthly fee.  Easy to train employees, and easy to contact real human help, if needed.

**What do you dislike about DonorSnap?**

I am not aware of any downside, everything works as planned.  If I had to say something, the forms and letters could provide a little more ability to be a little more pretty.

**What problems is DonorSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a huge database and it is important to have accurate and powerful fields to track activities, donors, and volunteers.

**What do you like best about DonorSnap?**

What we like best about DonorSnap is its ease of use and affordability for a nonprofit organization. It provides a centralized place to manage donor records, track gifts, generate reports, and produce acknowledgment letters, making it much easier to build and maintain strong relationships with our supporters. We also appreciate its responsive customer service and the flexibility to customize fields and reports to meet our organization's needs.

**What do you dislike about DonorSnap?**

Overall, it serves our organization well, but there is room to enhance the user experience and efficiency.

**What problems is DonorSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DonorSnap helps us keep all of our donor information, donation history, acknowledgments, and reporting in one centralized system. It streamlines donor management, making it easier to track giving trends, generate thank-you letters, prepare reports for leadership and our Board, and maintain accurate records. By reducing administrative time and improving organization, our staff can spend more time building relationships with donors and focusing on our mission of helping animals and the people who care for them.

**What do you like best about DonorSnap?**

What I liked most was the outstanding customer service and the training resources. No matter how you prefer to learn or get support—live online classes, recorded training, help articles, or assistance by phone or email—there’s always an option available when you need it. The team is responsive and knowledgeable, and they genuinely seem committed to helping users succeed.

**What do you dislike about DonorSnap?**

Very few. Some of the more advanced features take a bit of time to learn, but the training resources and excellent support make the overall process straightforward and manageable.

**What problems is DonorSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DonorSnap helps us keep donor, member, and grantor information organized and easy to access. Our staff can quickly find the contact details, donation history, and notes they need to do their work, and our grant writer can use the same data to research and develop future funding opportunities.

**What do you like best about DonorSnap?**

It’s a powerful database for us. We can keep all of our contacts in one place—clients, vendors, donors, and more. It’s affordable for smaller nonprofits, but still very capable and powerful.

**What do you dislike about DonorSnap?**

Because we have so many options available, it can sometimes be difficult to figure out how we want to set things up so we can pull the information we need to track. We also probably need more training on how to interface with Outlook 365, since that part isn’t as straightforward for us.

**What problems is DonorSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a great tool for us to track all the information on our clients, as well as details about our donors. Having everything in one place is vital for a small nonprofit, because it allows us to pull the data we need when requesting grants, corporate donations, and similar support.

**What do you like best about DonorSnap?**

Most helpful is the tutorials available, the support that is available. I use the data entry, the reports from the data entry, the Processing donations acknowledgement letters upload and download and delete to have our letters that are in word moved to DonorSnap so I can processed the individual letters accurately.The merge contacts is a great feature for me.

**What do you dislike about DonorSnap?**

Once you delete an account by mistake I can not retrieve it.  This is troublesome. As a user for several years I still find doing a query very difficult. Maybe there is an easier way to for this. As directors change 
often and my not being an administrator it is difficult to have information entered. It is a constant teaching and trying to have the new person understand the system to be to help. It would be very helpful if the one who uses the program daily would also have more training to be able to manage it.

**What problems is DonorSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This program is so much user friendly than our previous software. the other one was very complicated and most of the program was not practical for us here. The reports were very involved and DonorSnap reports are easy to prepared and the results are great. I had four different accounts that made the accounting difficult and DonorSnap is easier to manage this.  So much easier to use and is user friendly.  The cost is very affordable for our usage and what we really need.  The other one was very complicated. DonorSnap is so much easier.

**What do you like best about DonorSnap?**

We appreciate the ability to integrate forms directly into our website, which allows our donor base to contribute in various ways. The flexibility to generate reports on details pertaining to our organization is a great help. Conducting mass email campaigns has solved a lot of headaches for us. Adding our own fields into the system easily is beneficial. We have approximately 700 members, and managing membership dues, sending reminders, and the overall management process is much easier with DonorSnap. The price, level of support, and system flexibility work well for our organization.

**What do you dislike about DonorSnap?**

It would be nice if we could update the payment information for members. At the moment we don't have control of that. I know DonorSnap is working on that so we will eventually have it.

**What problems is DonorSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use DonorSnap to track membership dues, send renewal reminders, and manage membership efficiently. It allows form integration on our site, running mass email campaigns, and custom field additions, making membership management easier and not reliant on a single person.

**What do you like best about DonorSnap?**

I have been using DonorSnap for 6 years now and find it very easy to learn and grow in. I had used Salesforce in my previous position and found DS so much easier. The support team is great and usually reply withing a few minutes during regular business hours. There are a lot of canned reports available and custom reports are easy to create.

**What do you dislike about DonorSnap?**

One feature I don't like is that you can not pull a contact ID in a donation report. I got around this by creatind a custom field on the donor record where I import the contact ID field. Also, when processing online donations and you are trying to match the donor to an existing donor record it is difficult to see the existing record info since it is grayed out somewhat.

I wish there was a way to pull a total donation amount that included donations only. Not include registrations or purchases.

**What problems is DonorSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DS has helped us to minimize duplicate records and to merge them easily when they are found. 

DS makes it easy to integrate with Stripe and manage the deposits we receive in our bank account.

**What do you like best about DonorSnap?**

The extensive tutorial/help section! It'll walk you through everything, using video or written explanation, ensuring that you can learn in the style best suited. If those don't work-- reach out to their Help Desk!

**What do you dislike about DonorSnap?**

Sometimes it loads slowly, depending on the size of your database. It's not the worst thing, it just means I have to slow down.

**What problems is DonorSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it as our main CRM, so keep track of donations, interactions, and notes about our donors. I love the notes and docs, as I can upload bequest info, include notes about likes, dislikes, "how best to contact" and everything I need to best maintain donor relationships.

**What do you like best about DonorSnap?**

Donorsnap is simple to use and intuitive.  Packs a lot of features, but is great for the core things our business needs.  It is also cost-effective for the size of our business and donor base

**What do you dislike about DonorSnap?**

There is nothing I dislike about it.  It's web-based which makes it easy to access from anywhere.  The only complaint I've heard is the few second lag sometimes when trying to switch between tabs on a given screen or saving a donation record, but that has never been a showstopping issue

**What problems is DonorSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our ability to pull data from our database with easy to use forms is invaluable.  It's simple to create yourself even if you're not an IT/Database whiz, and if you don't understand something, their training modules and customer support is great.  It's always easy to pull data for a mailing or for auditors, etc.

**What do you like best about DonorSnap?**

Ease of Use. One of the standout features is the automation of thank you letters. The acknowledgements pending is a great tool, to be sure that no donor is left behind! As we have expanded our roles in our back office, more staff members are involved in processing donations. It is really great to have a central location for all information and to know the status of acknowledgements.  Recently we have integratedDonorSnap  with QuickBooks, as it has increased the efficiency of our back office, we are no longer doing double entries.. We are also using EventSnap for our golf outing this year.  The data AI analytics are a big time saver for me. DonorSnap staff is extremely responsive. I usually get the answer I need  within a few hours. The initial setup was super easy and seamless, allowing us to convert our Excel spreadsheets over to the DonorSnap database without hassle.

**What do you dislike about DonorSnap?**

There is very little I dislike about DonorSnap. It is not fancy, but it gets the job done.

**What problems is DonorSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DonorSnap allows us to collect online donations and have it be integrated directly into our database. We are a limited staff and DS increases our efficiency in getting acknowledgement letters out the door in a timely manner. It also allows for us to make sure we are reaching our fundraising goals.
