What do you like best about DonorQuest?

The best thing about donor quest is their wholistic approach towards donor database management. I like scheduling interactions between team members and the donors of my nonprofit. The CRM is very interactive and has a lot of features that would help a growing nonprofit get accurate reporting as they grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DonorQuest?

I find the fundraising CRM is a bit challenging and not user friendly. I had to train employees on how to use it twice before they got the hang of it. After that, it was worth it because I experienced efficiency in reporting and measuring performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering DonorQuest:

What problems is DonorQuest solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having all donors in one database and tracking all the funding, volunteer involvement, matching donations, and automated follow-up messages saves time and energy. The fact that donor quest is free for the first 1000 donors is amazing; that means that if I grow to have more, I would by then be able to pay for subscription which every nonprofit looks forward to.
