"Intuitive, Easy-to-Use DonorPerfect with Prompt, Courteous Support"

4.5/5

What do you like best about DonorPerfect?

DonorPerfect is very intuitive and easy to use for our staff and volunteers to use. The help and support we are given (when needed) is prompt, courteous and effective. The pricing structure is very helpful to our organization, as we have used DonorPerfect for several years and are very happy to continue for years to come. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DonorPerfect?

Occasionally, we need to charge a credit card directly through the Insta Charge method. Having a receipt generated from that transaction would be beneficial, versus merging and creating a thank you email or letter. Overall, the platform is very intuitive and easy for our staff to use. What problems is DonorPerfect solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our organization primarily needs a platform to house all of our donor information and monetary transactions, which Donor Perfect does. It now easily integrates with Quickbooks, making one less step for our financial department and assists in maintaining accuracy and transparency of incoming revenue.
